Both of my kids went here for their very different orthodontic needs. Dr.Reddy and her team were exceptional in every way. The front desk is always accommodating when possible, and always try to work with my schedule, I LOVE the wait list...every single time I ask to be put on one, I somehow always get in before my scheduled appt. Dr Reddy doesn't take the "easy" or "quick" route, she take the route that will work best even if it takes a little longer. I never get charged extra if she feels the need to wait, just to make sure the progress is EXACTLY what she wants. Her staff is professional and gentle with a great sense of humor. On top of all of this, the precautions they have taken with Covid-19 always makes us feel safe. The office is always spotless and is bright and cheery. It puts a smile on my face when I walk in to see the seasonal decor. They know how to have a good time while performing their services in the most timely, professional way possible. Dr. Reddy has been my orthodontist for the past year+ and my experience has been extremely positive. She is gentle, professional and has a mild calming vocal tone, I can go on because she exemplifies what I seek in a professional. I recently had a procedure named, "Propel orthodontics," of course I was afraid or anxious, but proceeded because I trust her professionalism and skills. Additionally, she explained the process and procedure with anticipated expectations about discomfort and aftercare. Indeed! the experience was okay and "not painful!" I experienced minor discomfort during the process - (maybe somewhat due to anxiety), and afterwards I did not use pain medication. My follow-up appointment after "Propel," validated it worked as "hard to move teeth," moved. I read several reviews prior to posting and was perplexed - and then returned to the header page to verify this review is for, Dr. Swathi Reddy, as I have "Never" experienced negativity. read more

Being born without two teeth beside my canines and at the age of 52 I found myself in want of making space for implants or bridges. Dr. Reddy and her absolutely fantastic staff took care of my braces for a two year period. Dr. Reddy went out of her way to ensure the very best results and took care of all outside general dental and surgeon consults and coordination. Great experience. Warm staff and very friendly doctor. After our previous orthodontist tried to talk us into pricey invisalign for my 11 year old, we looked for a 2nd opinion with Dr Reddy. Without hesitation she said not yet for the braces, come back next year to re evaluate. Maybe we do braces next year, maybe we don't need them. A refreshing change. I felt like she was focusing on my kid, rather than the money to be made. The other patients in the waiting room seemed happy, and were moving in and out quickly without long waits. On February 2, 2015, my son had an accident while at Gym in school. He got his braces tangled in another students gym uniform while playing basketball. In the accident two of the metal brace brackets were ripped off on the right hand side of his mouth, along with the metal wire bulging out. We immediately called Dr. Reddy's office for an emergency appointment. Later that same day at 2 pm we had him in the office for his appointment. During his appointment, Dr. Reddy proceeded to argue with my son regarding how they came off. When my son attempted to tell her exactly what happened she proceeded to tell him to stop talking and that she would discuss it with his father. When his father went in to the back to discuss what had happened, she proceeded to argue with him about the validity of what happened and proceeded to say that we were not serious about his braces and that we should just make an appointment to have them removed. In the time that we have been seeing Dr. Reddy, my sons removal date of his braces has been changed by Dr. Reddy several times. She constantly blames my son for the care of his braces being the reason, however, the brackets have fallen out numerous times and the rear anchors have come off several times, on many occasions they have fallen out leaving the Dr's office, causing us to turn around and go back to have her fix it. On February 2, 2015 she proceeded to discuss loudly in an argumentative manor my sons personal case in front of other patients, blatantly violating the HIPAA laws. I am appalled at her behavior. She yelled at one of the dental hygienists so loudly that the poor woman was embarrassed and had to walk out to calm down. I feel that she has terrible manors as a doctor and should not be allowed to practice Orthodontics any longer as she has no problems calling a minor child a liar and discussing his case in front of other patients in an obvious violation of HIPAA Laws. read more

I went to her office and she does not even say hello or hi to the patient. She is sooo rude and mean. She took no x-rays of me and just examined my mouth for 2 seconds. I felt she does not care for the patient and is very rude. Also she seemed very unprofessional and had a bad odor problem read more
