Dr Britto and Dr Elizabeth are top notch orthodontists. Dr Britto is extremely meticulous when it comes to tooth alignment. He wants every tooth in the spot that God intended for it to be before we ruined our teeth development by introducing processed foods lol iykyk . He has one of my boys almost done after a year in phase 2 ortho and his teeth are absolutely perfect. The office environment seems like it's a bit stressful because of how high paced it is. I had an orthodontics consultation with Dr. Britto to help my daughter with some alignment and spacing issues with her teeth. He was able to explain to me what the issues with my daughter's teeth were and all that she needs to get correct those issues. He took his time to ensure that I understood the whole process and even showed us video of the procedure and before and after photos to clarify what was to be done. He even addressed my daughter's questions and concerns in professional manner. As he put it, he wanted to ensure that children were aware of what going to happen because it was a collaboration effort and they needed to understand their part in this process. I was so impressed with his professionalism and that of his assistance Chlesey that I was able to get consults for my other kids as well. Chelsey and Dr. Britto were so great again that I have signed up all three kids to get them braces. I especially want to acknowledge and thank Chelsey for walking me through the different insurance options (during last days of open season) to help me select a plan that was right for our family. A year later, my daughter just had her braces removed. We are thrilled with the care and attention that we received from Dr. Britto and everyone who works with him!! Kait and Daniel were wonderful - they made us laugh and greeted us warmly during every visit. Carol is very friendly and it is always a pleasure to speak with her. My only issue at the beginning, were the long wait times. However, once they moved into a new, (beautiful!), office, our longest wait time was 10 minutes! Be careful with this provider. The finance and insurance coordinator is willing to say anything to get you to sign up and even pay up front. In my case, she called and "verified" coverage only to realize the day of the first appointment that she missed one thing, the effective date. What followed can at best be described as questionable business practices. After three weeks without a refund, amateur Abigail was happy to find a previously unavailable insurance "work around" at "no additional cost to you". How could I trust the solution was ethical or legal even? I couldn't't! In multiple conversations she jumped from righting things to telling me how important and "critical" starting orthodontics for my 12 year old was. When asked about the potential for needing a second round of braces she was less than forthcoming but did acknowledge "It happens!". As someone responsible for payments and insurance I would hope she did her actual job instead of making me feel like I was dealing with a rookie used car salesperson. Dr. Denis Brito is one of the most wonderful orthodontists you will find. He is respectful, has a pleasant demeanor and the children all get along well with him. He encourages questions and full participation from both the patient and the family when the brace process begins.
