I have been self conscious about my smile for as long as I can remember due to serious grinding…read more Dr. Toyer and Arissa took their time from start to finish. From the paperwork all the way to the night guard at the end. They replaced both of my front teeth with crowns and used some new fangled high tech scanner computer to take 3-D scans of my teeth for the process. But it's not just this procedure that stands out. I mean, they came out better than I expected by far. But. I have been seeing Dr. Toyer and Dr. Toyer and their team for five years now. I can't remember a single doctors office ever that I've felt more at home. Everyone knows you by name. The pride Dr. Toyer takes in his work is evident from the start to the finish. And he's real hip too. Completely up to tomorrow on the newest tech to make your procedure a breeze. Oh and they do amazing with pediatrics. My toddlers love going to see them! My daughter had a major procedure done here today and Evie, Aritza and two other ladies (I don't recall their names) made it so amazingly smooth. She's only 5 and I inadvertently had frightened her the night before but they handled it all. Even my nerves! Thanks again crew! Keep being number 1!

After being a patient of this practice for more than 10 years, I've finally decided it's time to…read morefind a new dentist. For the past six years, I have continued driving approximately 45 minutes each way because I valued the care I had received here. Unfortunately, their growth seems to have far outpaced their ability to adequately accommodate their existing patients. Last fall, I had to reschedule a routine cleaning because I was the primary caregiver for my mother, who was battling cancer. I completely understood that rescheduling was my responsibility--but the next available cleaning appointment they could offer me was SIX MONTHS later. When life circumstances surrounding my mother's cancer forced me to reschedule again, I was once again told the next available appointment was another six months away. That means a routine dental cleaning was pushed out an entire year--not because I was unwilling to schedule one, but because this practice apparently does not have enough availability to accommodate an established patient of more than a decade when life happens. What makes this especially frustrating is that the practice continues to grow and accept patients despite existing patients having to wait six months for a cleaning appointment. If you're considering becoming a patient here, I would seriously reconsider. Unless you can book your cleanings six months in advance and guarantee that absolutely nothing will interfere with that appointment, you may find yourself waiting another six months if you need to reschedule. After more than 10 years as a patient--and six years of making a 90-minute round trip to remain one--I expected considerably better access and consideration for established patients. Unfortunately, loyalty does not seem to mean much when the practice has grown beyond its ability to accommodate the patients it already has.

We are so lucky to have found this dentist when we did years ago. After some bad experiences with…read morelocal dentists we were beginning to lose hope that Woodbridge had any quality dental professionals around. What a find! His staff is courteous, friendly, and follows up routinely after appointments to schedule services throughout the year. Dr. Brandt is patient, knowledgeable and most of all trustworthy. He takes only the amount of patients he can see in a given time, I don't think I've ever seen more than one other person in another room during my appointments. He focuses on quality over quantity. We've finally moved our kids from a pediatric dentist to his practice because we trust him with all of our care and value his judgment. Never one to push unnecessary procedures for money but will tell you what you NEED to hear vs. what you probably WANT to hear LOL. If you have a cracked tooth you can't afford to fix properly or remove, he can give you an estimate of how long it'll last before it falls apart in your mouth, he can try his best to patch it for comfort though He likes to educate while explaining things too which I appreciate. While I generally hate most dental visits I will say that my favorite part of visiting his office is the music, it's like revisiting my childhood every time I get in that chair LOL Don't underestimate the power of atmosphere and ambiance, it can definitely calm nerves. I gladly recommend him to anyone searching for a dentist.

In earlier years, I've been petrified of the dentist because I've had some bad experiences. So in…read moresaying that I didn't go to the dentist on a regular basis. Now that I'm older my teeth have suffered due to the lack of care coupled with a long illness which also caused damages to my teeth. The last straw, a tooth broke. In the front needless to say!! . My search was on... I had a few consultations. One dental practice told me I needed to have ALL my teeth pulled. They were just that bad?!! In doing my research, I knew I wanted implants and not the put in/take out dentures. The first consultation was ridiculously priced. I would have a mortgage payment for my teeth. . The next place wanted a fee of $350 for X-rays before they would advise of their so-called free consultation. To spend that kind of money and already not comfortable, so that first impression wasn't a good one. Finally, I saw the ad on Facebook for Cherrywood Dental. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly when I first went into the office. I spoke with Dr Barzgar. He did a thorough examination. I was limited with my time that particular day coupled with my new dental insurance wasn't to take effect for another 30 days. When, I went back Dr. Barzgar advised that not all my teeth were in that bad of a state as the first dental practice had stated. I also informed Dr. Barzgar of my previous experiences with dentist and how I was absolutely petrified and have a very low tolerance for pain. Well, it's been almost a year since I started my dental journey. Thus far, I have a gorgeous smile with beautiful teeth. I chose to write this review today 6/16/2022 because once again, Dr. Barzgar and his team were amazing. I've had some medical challenges recently and told Dr. Barzgar. He advised he would air on the side of caution and not do the last implant procedure today allowing me to see what's going on medically before proceeding with this last surgery. I appreciated the concern that Dr. Barzgar showed me today. The professionalism, customer service has been on point each and every time I've walked in to their office. I'd also like to add, people complain about pricing for dental implants. They blame the high cost on the dentist but it's not.... The biggest problem with high dental cost is the dental insurances. Dental insurances need to consider adding implants as a covered service as they are a better option then dentures. Cherrywood Dental is my dentist for LIFE!!

Just called to schedule as a new patient for my toddlers after being referred to them and once I…read moretold the front desk rep I had two dental insurances she stated one of them was out of network. I said okay well the second one is in network so I wanted to proceed with setting up an appointment as we are just looking for preventive care but she acted like she couldn't schedule it. I never heard of this before but she said it's office policy. Even if the first insurance isn't in network, isn't it called coordination of benefits? So my second one would then be billed and then it would be covered as I am just looking for cleanings for a 4 and 2 year old. I'm legit in HR and still couldn't believe or understand how she was being so resistant to a potential new patient. I guess they don't want new patients. Be sure then to update your website and specify exactly that Aetna is only covered if you had Connection Dental or whatever she said on the card. I will go to find another practice because it just felt like if they are doing this already, they most likely will suck when it comes to billing. Wasn't like I didn't have insurance at all; and also why couldn't I even get scheduled like I couldn't pay out of pocket. They definitely need customer service training!
