No one at any time said anything about the pain I was in. After the dr took a Quick Look, I was sent to wait for office mgr todo a treatment plan. I waited another 45 mins and walked out. Total time wasted in PAIN 3 hours! Don't go here if you have a toothache they apparently only want patients they can sell implants to!

From my first visit to today I have never been to a dentist like this. Everyone is friendly, understanding, empathetic and willing to do whatever is needed to make my visit a good one. Jim Misto is the absolute best. He will do anything do make you comfortable. He explains everything to you in language you can understand. During any procedure he explains as he goes along and always asks if you're ok. He works with your schedule and even with your budget. He is the best. One of the more important attributes about Jim is that he is genuinely interested in talking to you about things other than your dental issues. He makes you comfortable. I had a great deal of work done and there was never a time when I didn't want to go back. This is my dentist and will always be my dentist.

Upper left molar above #19 was deemed as a "failed root canal". This tooth was also the result of dentist that did #19. Recurring tiny abscess on side of gum there. Crown on lower right molar Came Loose just last week - Also the work of the dentist that created the problem with #19 and the failed root canal above it. Three cavities next to #19 (one on either side) and (one in the tooth next to it toward the front) from improper drilling from the same dentist at Unique Dental in Stafford, VA. I got a cleaning and x-rays and I was told I had 4 cavities and they were going to be $500 each. I didn't have dental coverage for work to be done at the time (June 2021) but i was moving in July and I got new insurance in July 2021. I then was thinking about the drive from my new house to the Fredericksburg office and I could get the work done close to my new home so I went to a Piedmont Dental in Mineral, VA to get my 4 cavities filled because I had $1,000 worth of dental work a year so this year and again in January 2022. Imagine my surprise when Piedmont Dental said I have NO CAVITIES!!! That's right River Club Dental was going to fill 4 cavities, for $2,000 when I don't have any cavities in my mouth. SCAMMERS!!!
