I wish I did my research before going to this place. My child has a molar that needs extraction or…read morea root canal. Her face was swollen beyond recognition. I went to the place believing we would discuss options. Everyone was in such a rush. I was on the phone with my FSA and was asked multiple questions even after I said I was occupied. I had my child's dentist send x rays prior to the appt. I was shocked when they said she needed x rays. Then they showed me the cost and I reiterated that the child already had x rays/panoramic sent over. The assistant proceeded to say they aren't the same as what they need to do. It was then that she mentioned a cat scan. The doctor came quickly. He spoke only to my 11 year old and asked for HER consent to the root canal. I let him know that she can't consent and that I have questions. I included questions about her age plus the invasiveness of a root canal. He assured me root canals last a long time and discouraged an extraction. When I received the massive estimate for a root canal on her tooth, plus the cat scan and his evaluation (he never touched the chid). I let them know I wasn't prepared for that cost nor a root canal that day. And asked for an explanation of the cost. The doctor walked away as the office manager broke down the fees. When I mentioned the extraction and the risk of the root canal failing (the cavity is very deep) the office manager said he would bring the doctor back in to talk with me. They were about 8 feet from my. The manager reiterated what he said and the doctor outright refused to come back to speak with me and said we could do the extraction of we didn't want the root canal. I packed my child up and left. I left wondering ethics and questioning his professionalism. I asked for her x rays that I paid for and they stated the couldn't email them and instead suggested that I return with a flash drive to download them. I won't be back, nor will I recommend them.

This business charges you for procedures that are normally included in root canal procedure, and they charged me for a D3333 internal root repair that I do not believe the dentist performed. And never, ever give them your charge card number - they will charge your credit card without your authorization. I recommend you find a different endodontist.

We are so lucky to have found this dentist when we did years ago. After some bad experiences with…read morelocal dentists we were beginning to lose hope that Woodbridge had any quality dental professionals around. What a find! His staff is courteous, friendly, and follows up routinely after appointments to schedule services throughout the year. Dr. Brandt is patient, knowledgeable and most of all trustworthy. He takes only the amount of patients he can see in a given time, I don't think I've ever seen more than one other person in another room during my appointments. He focuses on quality over quantity. We've finally moved our kids from a pediatric dentist to his practice because we trust him with all of our care and value his judgment. Never one to push unnecessary procedures for money but will tell you what you NEED to hear vs. what you probably WANT to hear LOL. If you have a cracked tooth you can't afford to fix properly or remove, he can give you an estimate of how long it'll last before it falls apart in your mouth, he can try his best to patch it for comfort though He likes to educate while explaining things too which I appreciate. While I generally hate most dental visits I will say that my favorite part of visiting his office is the music, it's like revisiting my childhood every time I get in that chair LOL Don't underestimate the power of atmosphere and ambiance, it can definitely calm nerves. I gladly recommend him to anyone searching for a dentist.

I have been self conscious about my smile for as long as I can remember due to serious grinding…read more Dr. Toyer and Arissa took their time from start to finish. From the paperwork all the way to the night guard at the end. They replaced both of my front teeth with crowns and used some new fangled high tech scanner computer to take 3-D scans of my teeth for the process. But it's not just this procedure that stands out. I mean, they came out better than I expected by far. But. I have been seeing Dr. Toyer and Dr. Toyer and their team for five years now. I can't remember a single doctors office ever that I've felt more at home. Everyone knows you by name. The pride Dr. Toyer takes in his work is evident from the start to the finish. And he's real hip too. Completely up to tomorrow on the newest tech to make your procedure a breeze. Oh and they do amazing with pediatrics. My toddlers love going to see them! My daughter had a major procedure done here today and Evie, Aritza and two other ladies (I don't recall their names) made it so amazingly smooth. She's only 5 and I inadvertently had frightened her the night before but they handled it all. Even my nerves! Thanks again crew! Keep being number 1!

After being a patient of this practice for more than 10 years, I've finally decided it's time to…read morefind a new dentist. For the past six years, I have continued driving approximately 45 minutes each way because I valued the care I had received here. Unfortunately, their growth seems to have far outpaced their ability to adequately accommodate their existing patients. Last fall, I had to reschedule a routine cleaning because I was the primary caregiver for my mother, who was battling cancer. I completely understood that rescheduling was my responsibility--but the next available cleaning appointment they could offer me was SIX MONTHS later. When life circumstances surrounding my mother's cancer forced me to reschedule again, I was once again told the next available appointment was another six months away. That means a routine dental cleaning was pushed out an entire year--not because I was unwilling to schedule one, but because this practice apparently does not have enough availability to accommodate an established patient of more than a decade when life happens. What makes this especially frustrating is that the practice continues to grow and accept patients despite existing patients having to wait six months for a cleaning appointment. If you're considering becoming a patient here, I would seriously reconsider. Unless you can book your cleanings six months in advance and guarantee that absolutely nothing will interfere with that appointment, you may find yourself waiting another six months if you need to reschedule. After more than 10 years as a patient--and six years of making a 90-minute round trip to remain one--I expected considerably better access and consideration for established patients. Unfortunately, loyalty does not seem to mean much when the practice has grown beyond its ability to accommodate the patients it already has.
