Dr Yan is exceptional. She is everything one could want from a Primary Care Doctor. Both my…read morehusband and I go to her. Every time we visit her she listens carefully, asks great questions, deals with our issue by thinking broadly about what might be the source, and explains her thinking about how to proceed and what steps we might need to take depending on the outcomes of the first approach. You leave with a clear game plan and timeline. We also appreciate that she takes the time to understand what our specialist doctors have found and prescribed, so we are not left to do the integration of our care on our own. She is caring and professional and patient, which is wonderful since my husband has dementia. Her support team is also great. We've been PAMF patients for decades. We find PAMF doctors and care are almost uniformly great and Dr Yan is a premier example of that.

Dr. Yan is an amazing doctor - genuinely caring, patient, and attentive. I usually take my parents to their appointments with Dr. Yan, and so I personally see her excellence in action. She is very thorough in checking on their symptoms, and always patiently explains the different treatment options including pros and cons of each choice. Many times she has caught symptoms that my parents and I have overlooked or dismissed. I can't say enough how appreciative I and my parents are to have Dr. Yan as their primary care doctor. Like many elderly people, my parents feel very vulnerable when it comes to their healthcare. It is such a relief to know that their care is in her excellent hands. Thank you, thank you, and thank you to Dr. Yan and the team!

I'm a new patient with Dr. Gonzales and I'm so very happy meet a beautiful doctor and so friendly…read more The office/front desk peoples also very friendly and one think I like this doctor office because they always give us a call as a reminder for the upcoming appointment and also everytime I got any results and they always mentioned Not Urgent so we won't get shocks. So for me Dr.Gonzales is my Favorite Doctor

My family member was previously a patient of Dr. Gonzales and received specialized oncology care…read morefollowing her referral. When the oncologist recommended returning to primary care, we contacted this practice to resume care. The office initially could not locate her records and subsequently told us she was no longer considered a patient. We were told Dr. Gonzales was not accepting new patients, although her webpage stated "accepting new patients" at the time. Someone we had recently referred to the practice had also been accepted. We did not receive a clear explanation for why a former patient could not return. This left our family searching for primary care for an older person with a new illness. We understand that practices have capacity limits. What disappointed us was the difficulty returning after a specialist referral, the conflicting information about patient acceptance, and the lack of a clear explanation. For anyone considering this practice, I recommend asking how continuity of care is handled if you need extended treatment with a specialist. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this practice.

Been here twice now, once for family and once for ENT. This is the closest location to me for any…read morereferrals. I love my doc in Cupertino so I will always go to him first. I asked for my referrals to be here. This location is a multi floor unit with many specialities. During covid- they check your temp in the beginning and ask you to hand sanitizer. I did get lost from the parking stairs to the main building. Ended up climbing parking stairs where I thought I was climbing to the other departments, and they don't connect. Everyone is nice and courteous and there is plenty of patient waiting space. The roundabout to get into the parking garage is weird too. You have to make a loop before entering while others don't see the sign and end up making an awkward turn and cut in front. So yes their parking situation is awkward. I will be going back for other specialities for convenience.

I am very disappointed with the experience I've had with the PAMF billing office. My husband has…read moredual insurance coverage, and PAMF is covered by his secondary insurance. Despite this, we kept receiving bills and even threats to send our account to collections. I called the billing office repeatedly--almost daily--to understand why the secondary insurance had not paid, only to later discover that PAMF never billed the primary insurance first as required. It took many phone calls with representative from both insurance and the billing stuff and a great deal of stress to resolve something that should have been handled correctly from the start. This has been a very frustrating and time-consuming experience, and I hope PAMF can improve their billing communication and coordination in the future.
