Hot pot restaurants have a special place in my heart. I get to make soup at will, after all, and I get to pretend I'm a healthy eater. While this place is deceptively small, and it kind of looks limited, you are stripped of all initial impressions when you realize that each food item can be prepared at least 7 different ways. Grill it, boil it, braise it, make it a soup, lightly fry it with butter, steam it, even make a ceviche, the options are limitless. The hot pot comes with 3 different types of stock, so you're actually spoiled for choice, and you might just end up overwhelmed, and this is just the hot pot.
