I was expecting it to be like chicharon, but this was better. First of all, you won't feel any oiliness nor saltiness. It is just plain crispy, like eating chichirya. It is very addicting and delicious. The whipped aioli and house vinegar kept the taste balanced. - Oyster Sisig (Php250) - Something different from your usual sisig is this oyster version. Each piece looked fried but the combination of flavors served as a good appetizer. A must-try! - Ensaladang Paco (Php125) - something to "cleanse" the oil from all the crispy dishes we ate. I think this is my second time having fern salad and I really enjoyed this dish. The fern has a good crunchy texture and the combination of flavors from the salted egg, red onions, and tomatoes blended well. - Kare-Kare (Php290) - since we ordered mostly "dry" dishes, we had to order something saucy, and we chose this.
