My brother and I can literally just talk for hours, and since he's usually out of the country lately, we just never run out of topics. We've always known Artsy Café exists and we decided to try it recently and ended up staying there from around 6pm to past 9pm. It became one of our well-loved places to catch up. PROS: Artsy has beautiful interiors and quirky décor that lives up to its artful name. I love the mismatched tiles on the floor and the really high ceiling with the chandeliers. I wasn't expecting it to be so spacious inside when looking at it from the outside. Their porch is pretty cozy too if you feel like going al fresco. Plus, their expansive space is a one-up from the usual space-inferior hipster café/restaurant that litter the area; Our food was served quickly and with ample servings. CONS: Even on a weeknight, this place tends to get packed for dinner rush. We had to cut our convo short when we felt that the space we were occupying could be for other patrons who wanted to eat, so we left. TL;DR: Artsy Café attracts the pseudo-hipster/yuppie crowd but can satisfy anyone looking for a nice place to eat and have good conversation.

Artsy Cafe is a cute little spot perfect for merienda or lunch when in Quezon City, Philippines. The interior decor is very different so it has a cozy ambiance. They offer special coffee drinks like the Macadamia Coffee which is their best one I have tried and a few very unique blend cold refreshing fruit and herb drinks. For lunch, my favorite there is Lasagna or Lengua with Rice. This cafe has a very limited menu but I guess that's just right for a small restaurant to manage. Since I have been to Artsy numerous times, I've tried most items on the menu already and I can say I'm pretty satisfied with the taste and presentation of their food, drinks and desserts.

First time here and it's not bad. It is a place for studying. It has desks, booths with bean bags…read moreand pillows and low tables as well as big tables for groups. I went here with friends and we got a booth upstairs. It wasn't too loud so I was able to get some studying done. I ordered an iced hazelnut latte and it was good! Maybe kind of pricey it was 160P. Didn't try the food but the cakes are 100 plus for a slice. Come here for the studying environment. It is very cute. I was here on a Friday night and it wasn't completely packed. Hopefully I can go here earlier in the day so I can really study all day here. It is open until 3am! My issue is that there is no wifi...only good thing is that less distractions but sometimes you just need some good wifi while studying. Excited to come back here and study even more :)

But what I love about this cafe is their booths for seating. If you are fond of sitting in the floor or lying down, then this place is for you! It's a great place to hang out with your friends, chill and it is also a great place for study. They have ample electric outlets which make them also a great place to work or charge your gadgets. One downside is that they don't have wifi, which is one of the things I consider for a perfect hangout place. But if you do want to really talk and hangout with your friends, this will be a good place for you.

On my second time to hit Master Shutter Pro, I planned to meet a friend there to show him around…read morethe place. I was a little early which was perfect because it gave me time to check out Cafe Litrato. At one side of the store they enclosed a little space to open up a coffee shop, super cute! Very simply designed, only a wall decked with vintage cameras, this small space was very Instagram-worthy. The quotes on the glass windows, the tiled floor and the couches made for a very cozy cafe. Their menu is super simple with either hot or cold classic coffee beverages, two different cakes and a few others. I got myself an iced latte and a revel bar and caught up with work while waiting. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, with free internet too, that waiting wasn't that much of a chore. My friend arrived shortly after and ordered himself a cup of coffee too, he's a coffee lover and saying their coffee was good is a statement! It's a nice coffee shop for alone time or for meeting up with a friend (especially if he/she is a photo enthusiast). It might just be my next go-to for a cup of yummy coffee!

I really love the way they put those stuffs in walls, posters, stickers, plus motivating quotes about life and photo/video snippets. You will learn while you sip your americano or espresso! In foods well I have no comment since I am a foods lover and food is life for me hehe thus I rate their coffee and cakes as best! what matters to me is the way they treated me! Yes you can get the best ever in the universe but YOU CAN NEVER GET THE BEST TREATMENT like this I must say a friend, a son (yeah I am so mischievous and annoying due to my childish character) but you know they still accommodated me with cheerfulness! Thank you so much for the free breads hehe I like the filling inside it especially that beef meat inside. I will always come back here again and again. Highly recommended! Just add more cakes and servings please! the more options the better since people used to buy something new and mouth-watering dishes.

Their blueberry cheesecakes is MY ALL-TIME favorite. It's not very sweet and it was just right. You have to have membership card for you to access their wifi. They have no outlets (I think they have taken them out for every branch) for electricity leeches so people won't be able to work with their gadgets there forever unless they bring their own power sources. I tried out their toffee nut latte (holiday flavor) this Christmas season and it was good the first time (the second time I had it was in another branch in Megamall but I didn't like it, maybe there was something wrong with the mix on the latter). They have a warm and inviting ambience which I think is good for catching up with friends or even off being alone and doing your own stuff. They have two spots in Trinoma, the bigger one at the 4th flr in the Trinoma gardens and one a lot smaller inside on the same floor. Their staff is pretty nice tho I think they serve the orders very slow. I would greatly appreciate if they had a branch at SM North Edsa, cause that's where I mostly am because Trinoma is farther. I consider this my favorite coffee shop because of the brewed coffee and the blueberry cheesecake. Haha. I still have to try out the other stuff in their menu. They have ice blended drinks (frappes in other words), but I'm not a fan of these. I think Starbucks does a better job on this. But, I don't drink frappes anymore anyway. They just sugar that would make you weigh more. Haha. Oh plus they sell coffee roasters or maker (if I'm not mistaken) in addition to their beans. They also have in can lattes offered in markets.

While a Starbucks fan, my wallet has a Swirl Card and not a Starbucks Card. Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has always been my preferred choice when it comes to drinks other thank the typical frapuccino. It's a refreshing take on a kind of drink other people already know so well. The service here is also exceptional. They also don't make it hard for people to avail of their free wifi as long as you have a Swirl Card.
