When I came back to pick up my car I was in shock at the cleanliness. I had no idea they would clean both of my car seats. They went above and beyond. They shampooed them and they look brand new even though they are both over 3 years old. My car was cleaned very professionally. Very kind workers and great customer service. I am very pleased and will be coming back again.

I had a very disappointing experience with CARSTAR Brantford…read more Initially, I brought my vehicle in for a minor paint repair. When I picked it up, I noticed that the edges of the door had not been painted properly. After I brought this to their attention, I was told there were no available slots and was booked for a follow-up appointment a week later. On the day of the second appointment, I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and was provided with a rental car. When I returned in the evening, I was shocked to see that the repair appeared to have been done with a manual brush rather than being professionally refinished. The quality of the work was unacceptable. They acknowledged the issue and scheduled yet another appointment for the second week of June. For the third visit, I was again given a rental vehicle and told the repair would only take a couple of hours. Around 3:30 PM, I called to check the status and was told the vehicle would be ready by 5:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:00 PM, I was informed that the work had not even been completed. I had to leave without my vehicle and was later told it would be ready the following day at noon. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, the paint work was still not up to an acceptable standard. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of any quality assurance or final inspection process before vehicles are returned to customers. Had someone properly inspected the work, these issues should have been identified and corrected before delivery. I was also disappointed with the communication and overall management of my repair. The representative handling my vehicle never clearly explained why the work needed to be redone multiple times or why the promised completion times were missed. After multiple appointments, repeated inconvenience, and several opportunities to correct the issue, I am still not satisfied with the quality of the repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location due to poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and unprofessional customer service.

My daughter bought a car from a private seller. The car was sold certified. Brant County Tire did…read morethe safety.. The car was dropped to us on a flat bed trailer as it had no plates. This was a saturday, the safety was done on the Friday. The car sat in the driveway until the next Wednesday. The car was changed over that day and she started to drive it. She immediatly noticed noises from the front end. I took it back to BCT so they could check it. I was told the 2 lower control arms that were just replaced for the safety were defective. The right side cv axle had a tear in the boot and a possible front wheel bearing gone bad. The mechanic said the seller did their own work and they don't warranty other peoples work. I get that and understand that position in everyday cases but He inspected the work and signed off on it during a ministry licensed inspection. That's a sign off saying that in his professional opinion the work done is to acceptable standards. They won't do anything or take any accountability for the suspected botched inspection they did. The owner of the business is only concerned with his own back side. Here are his comments he spoke over a phone conversation " What happens when it leaves my shop is not my problem" and " I can recite a number of ministry regs that will get me out of this". Both the mechanic and the owner also went into explaining that the sellers were car flippers, they don't change the ownership over from the owners they bought it from so they don't have to pay taxes. Then the shop owner said they have two more vehicles with them so he'll hold them until they make it right with us. So, they were made aware of the situation, they explained what these people are doing and yet they are still doing business with these people. I'll let you draw your own conclusions to that relationship. I almost forgot, I drove over to my mechanic with the car and while in the driveway he stated the front rotors were installed backwards. This was with the tires on, on the ground. The rotors are slotted so they are not cooling properly. Not sure how BCT missed that as well. So, they don't take accountability and they don't care what happens to you after you leave their property. I would really think about it before getting work done at Brant County Tire. The ministry won't help either. It states they wont get monetary value and they won't compel the shop to do the work. The only thing that you can do put in a complaint.
