If I could give zero stars, I would…read more I brought my car in for a quick front brake replacement because they were squealing (and any simpleton can tell when it's time for a brake change.) After several days, I received a phone call from them insisting that I buy four new tires & have them replace all four brakes. I told them to go ahead as I knew my tires were worn out & obviously my brakes were the primary reason I brought my car to their shop. A week later I was called to come in & get my car because it was ready to be picked up. I was greeted with a $2000 bill. I was having a bad day so I just paid it and left since that was just making my day worse. Once I got home I looked over the bill. Not only did they only replace my REAR brakes... But they threw in 2 new calipers on the back (which is ridiculous as my car is only 3 years old) that's when I realized that they completely disregarded what I asked for when I brought my car in, but they added something obscenely expensive without even asking me. They were $260 each, which added an unnecessary $600 to my bill. Not only that but they charged me $300 just for the labour. Also, a week later, the exact same squealing sound came back which seems like they did some sort of temporary fix so that I would have to bring it back in to them. Luckily I contacted my older brother & he checked the front brakes for me... What he discovered was completely worn out brake pads. They were purely metal scraping against my rotors which now meant that I needed my rotors replaced too. This means that they either didn't check them.. Or saw them & didn't care. Luckily with some strings pulled I was able to get PREMIUM PADS & ROTORS for a total of $100 & free installation by my brother. I have now paid $1400 more than I needed to when I just needed a simple brake job done. I wasn't born yesterday & I know that it doesn't take any longer than an hour to do brakes on a simple car, especially after watching the front ones done in an hour. I will NEVER come back to this scam of a shop & I will make sure that every single person I talk to won't ever bring their vehicle in to Master Mechanic to have their money stolen. Horrible service & they don't even seem like they care when you talk to them.

An absolute disaster of an experience. 1- I asked for the…read morespark plugs to be replaced. A couple of days after the work was done I was driving and felt a bang.. one of the plugs flew out!!! I towed the car home and discovered that they installed the wrong size plugs... I did not realize that you could even do that! 2- Radiator fan was not working, it was a dead relay. Instead of replacing the relay they decided to bypass the whole system and install a separate thermostat and control unit for no reason. The extra bracket they added proceeded to kink the radiator hose restricting the flow. 3- The engine timing was a completely off causing heavy smell of fuel.. they wanted to work on the cat!! So I took the car home, changed the plugs myself, adjusted the timing, removed the thermostat and control unit that was added and simply replaced the relay. I then removed the extra thermostat bracket to unkink the radiator hose....The car drives very well now, no thanks to BNB Garage. Never again...what a shame!

His staff were very pleasant to deal with. I'm writing this review because we had this system installed a week after we had our Lexus SUV returned for the second time after it was stolen. We were woken up at 1:37AM with the security system activated. We saw a young man getting out of the car before jumping into the waiting vehicle. Our CCTV system recorded the same MO as last time. Punch out the rear window Photograph the VIN, pull out the glove box and access the engine control unit. IGLA let the car start but killed the engine a second later as they put the car in reverse. Interior damage a new window and a trip to the body shop (we likely won't get it back for 4-6 months - supply chain shortage with Lexus. Thanks Martin and thank you IGLA!
