He puts up with my endless questions while I am looking at cars. I also have my vehicles serviced here. In the past, when I had a vehicle under warranty, I have been to dealerships to get warranty work done. These dealerships then told me how much more work I needed. So then I would go to Werner's and ask them what REALLY needed to be done. In the majority of cases, the work suggested was unnecessary. Willy and Werner are always honest and upfront with what work a vehicle needs. Ashley, the assistant, is always cheerful and helpful. The mechanics are first rate! I am not mechanically inclined but I have developed a knack for knowing when something wasn't right with my vehicle and always felt that the mechanics I dealt with took advantage of my female status and talked me into service not necessary. Then I met Matt and his team at Baden Automotive. I cannot say enough about Matt, who as owner and team leader is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met and/or dealt with. They are in my book at the top of the ladder in service, skill and their knowledge of cars. They go above and beyond and in three years I have never felt ripped off, and often feel like I haven't paid enough.
