When I picked it up, I noticed that the edges of the door had not been painted properly. After I brought this to their attention, I was told there were no available slots and was booked for a follow-up appointment a week later. On the day of the second appointment, I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and was provided with a rental car. When I returned in the evening, I was shocked to see that the repair appeared to have been done with a manual brush rather than being professionally refinished. The quality of the work was unacceptable. They acknowledged the issue and scheduled yet another appointment for the second week of June. For the third visit, I was again given a rental vehicle and told the repair would only take a couple of hours. Around 3:30 PM, I called to check the status and was told the vehicle would be ready by 5:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:00 PM, I was informed that the work had not even been completed. I had to leave without my vehicle and was later told it would be ready the following day at noon. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, the paint work was still not up to an acceptable standard. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of any quality assurance or final inspection process before vehicles are returned to customers. Had someone properly inspected the work, these issues should have been identified and corrected before delivery. I was also disappointed with the communication and overall management of my repair. The representative handling my vehicle never clearly explained why the work needed to be redone multiple times or why the promised completion times were missed. After multiple appointments, repeated inconvenience, and several opportunities to correct the issue, I am still not satisfied with the quality of the repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location due to poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and unprofessional customer service.

I was invited into the air conditioned waiting room and offered cold beverages and snacks. After a short wait my bumper was re secured on both sides and looked even better than expected. If I could give zero stars, I would…read more I brought my car in for a quick front brake replacement because they were squealing (and any simpleton can tell when it's time for a brake change.) After several days, I received a phone call from them insisting that I buy four new tires & have them replace all four brakes. I told them to go ahead as I knew my tires were worn out & obviously my brakes were the primary reason I brought my car to their shop. A week later I was called to come in & get my car because it was ready to be picked up. I was greeted with a $2000 bill. I was having a bad day so I just paid it and left since that was just making my day worse. Once I got home I looked over the bill. Not only did they only replace my REAR brakes... But they threw in 2 new calipers on the back (which is ridiculous as my car is only 3 years old) that's when I realized that they completely disregarded what I asked for when I brought my car in, but they added something obscenely expensive without even asking me. They were $260 each, which added an unnecessary $600 to my bill. Not only that but they charged me $300 just for the labour. Also, a week later, the exact same squealing sound came back which seems like they did some sort of temporary fix so that I would have to bring it back in to them. Luckily I contacted my older brother & he checked the front brakes for me... What he discovered was completely worn out brake pads. They were purely metal scraping against my rotors which now meant that I needed my rotors replaced too. This means that they either didn't check them.. Or saw them & didn't care. Luckily with some strings pulled I was able to get PREMIUM PADS & ROTORS for a total of $100 & free installation by my brother. I have now paid $1400 more than I needed to when I just needed a simple brake job done. I wasn't born yesterday & I know that it doesn't take any longer than an hour to do brakes on a simple car, especially after watching the front ones done in an hour. I will NEVER come back to this scam of a shop & I will make sure that every single person I talk to won't ever bring their vehicle in to Master Mechanic to have their money stolen. Horrible service & they don't even seem like they care when you talk to them.

Honest, hard-working, efficient, owner right there, and willing to tackle the unusual problems (like finding out my Toyota was France manufacture hence needing different parts and getting that done quickly) with a smile.
