He had the car inspected before he handed it over to me and even had the breaks pads and rotors changed since they were worn out and getting close to the end-of-life. The same gentleman that work there said my front brake pad had 2mm left on it . And said that if I wanted they can replace it and they have a special deal on brakes that week etc. I declined. Pass forward it's August now I for shit and giggle decided to check my pads . Well the front brake pad has 8mm left on them and the rotors are in good condition. Back pads are 6mm and rotor is good condition. Where did the 2mm came from? And I have check them pads with a digital caliper . A minitoyo even. As I work as a tool maker. They try to scam you on brake pad rotor. They want you to get it replaced with there special offers even you don't need it . They will say your brake pad are worn etc. I checked my brake few weeks after they are all mint condition. Scammer ..
