This place is great. Love it! It's a real bar and a restaurant with tables as well as a pool table. They serve good drinks and tasty foods. They have a variety of comfort foods. I ordered the fish sandwich which was Alaska Cod and it tasted wonderful. I had the fries with the fish sandwich and they were crispy and tasted great. The IPA was delicious - fresh and not bitter or to hoppy. The service was EXCELLENT as well - Karen waited on me and was very friendly, timely, and helpful for my decision about what I might like to order. I love Tommy's but I cannot recommend the tacos! They are over priced, have very little meat and no seasoning. Sorry Kim but as much as I hate fast food, Taco Bell is cheaper and better. The wine is good. read more

The food here is usually decent. I had the western burger. It Came out super hot and tasty. I wish it had more BBQ sauce on the burger. They do charge 50 cents for all their sauces. I dislike places that do this but I give them a pass because it's clearly stated extra sauce is 50 cents. My fiancé tried the special which was chicken fettuccine. She didn't care for it. We were surprised by our tab. Drinks are kind of expensive here. That was a bummer. Everything on the menu is less than or right around ten dollars. We will be back but we will also keep in mind that the drinks are a little more spendy than we like. Ketel one was 8 bucks a drink. Attentive service thou! read more

Tried to go here for bingo night. They wouldn't take my paper temporary ID, which I get, but then they also refused to take my military ID. Really blown away that even with 2 legal forms of ID, I was still denied service. I Won't be going back. If you go I recommend making sure you follow their "house rules" and only bring a plastic drivers license. read more

Tonight was our first time trying this place. I had their mushroom swiss cheese burger and my husband had a chicken sandwich. We both had tots as our side. The food was absolutely delicious. The burger was nice and juicy, tots were perfectly crispy. My husband also said his chicken sandwich was very good. The grilled chicken breast was juicy and not dry. If zero stars was possible that's what I would give this establishment. The owner/manager was quite rude and doesn't know how to treat her employees with respect as overheard from multiple customers. The drinks were subpar and the only good thing about this place is the food. The two lady's working in the back the day I came absolutely killed it and were the only reason I'd ever think of coming back. The sweet cook with the bandana headband and the girl with glasses and red hair were really busting their butt in the kitchen to make sure everyone was getting food out in a timely order. I'm a big fan of bars in small towns, so a few friends and I decided to check out Tommy's Welcome Inn. I grabbed a Western Burger which has an onion ring, bbq sauce and bacon, it came with steak-fries though they had many options for other sides. The food was prepared in a tasty manner, but being the typical food service fare it only rates a few stars.Thankfully it was only 7.00 for the burger basket. There was one guy running the whole show, which was pretty impressive. They had two beers worth drinking(craft), and those rotate which is always good. Stop in for some cheap food! read more

The beer is cold, the bar tender and atmosphere is friendly, the food (typical tavern fare) is much above average. What more needs be said?

First off. its the only bar in town so they kind of have a monopoly on the watering hole aspect. The typical kinds of bar food can be found here, and lots of fried things. Monday through Friday there are different drink and food specials depending on the day. like 50 cent tacos and wings and super cheap pounders of PBR. So far every thing ive had here has been fairly good. the wings are great. The bar its self is kind of small and can get crowded, but most of the time you can usually find a seat. One time we showed up and BAM!!!!......a live band in the style of " margaritaville " it was pretty cool. your not going to find any snobby fine dining food here, but you will find good affordable eats, friendly staff, and a large variety of booze to make everything alright. read more

Tommy's is clean and they have really good food at great prices. All the bartenders are super friendly and quick.

My husband and I were looking for something different than our regular places to eat so we looked around Jefferson. Our first choice was closed, so we stopped at Tommy's. Walking in, we found a locals bar and seated ourselves. It was a busy night but we were taken care of very quickly and warmly; and despite the title "bar food," they serve some of the best food we've had in even more expensive establishments! I went there for a couple drinks and ordered 3 BLT's Togo. When I got home the lettuce was super thin and brown. The tomatoes were soggy. Ugh!!! DO NOT EAT THERE! Other than that the service was decent and the outside heated area was very adequate. read more
