Hired Four Seasons Handymen to do a tile job around the shower windows in my duplex. It was my understanding that the framing for both units was included in the original quote, but I was charged another $300 for the downstairs frame repair. I understand tile work tends to be a bit messy but due to the cold weather they decided to use their tile saw inside the home which created a ginormous mess in both apartments. We had to spend about 2 hours per apartment cleaning silica dust off of everything within a 10 foot radius of the bathrooms. They also left a giant mess in the bathrooms themselves. Besides the mess they made and the extra payment I was charged. I have to give Four Seasons handymen a 3-star review for timeliness. I know the weather doesn't always permit in Minnesota but they were 1-3 hours late every single day they were supposed to come out.
