I'm a small business owner so I see how the staff multi-task. As it's Wedding & Prom season you'd…read morethink the management/owners would have more than 1 girl on, especially after 4pm & weekends. I personally want to say "shame on them". They are definitely taking advantage of their staff. I've been going to this location on and off for about 4 years and that has never changed. It is spotless, the wait and service is actually impressive, again, being that there is only 1 staff member on. That's signing new members up, setting them up for their first time, cleaning the beds, selling products, washing towels, and now setting clients up for red light therapy, taking phone calls, possibly more behind the scenes we don't see...1 staff member. SMH So for the staff, I give them 5 stars. For the cheap owners that are trying to get the most out of their staff and keeping their payroll low, I'd give them a 1 star. Oh, I don't like the music but I keep forgetting to bring earplugs so that's on me.

I got the original spray tan in medium, once they did the application I noticed these little dots, which they were talking about while I was there, I then just thought that it was normal they also barley sprayed my face. In May, 2026, after a massage, the masseuse and receptionist invited me to take part in their 10 month membership program which was to include a "gift" or "add-on service" each month. The first time I used the spa package, I was handed a little bag as my "gift" of the month which contained a little jar of cream had been opened and dipped into, the inside top of the lid was smeared as if someone wiped it off. This unsealed and used product made me lose trust in the company; a massage is a very personal service. I canceled any further service and offered to pay the $11.00 difference between what the massage cost and what I would have paid otherwise. I was told it was their policy to charge the $100.00 cancellation fee, which they hadn't told me that the month before. I would not recommend this place.
