Val is the perfect combination of consummate professional and just friendly as can be. While other tans I've gotten consist of the typical "spray, spray, turn, spray, spray, arms up" etc., then done, Val took the time to scrutinize her work both in the pop-up tent and out of it in the brighter light to make sure everything was perfect. Additionally, she guarantees her tans, so if there are any issues after the fact she will immediately fix them (which is amazing given the myriad ways you can mess up your tan yourself by accident). As for professionalism, she's everything you want in interactions with a business. She is an extremely prompt communicator, will work around your schedule, and her set-up is quick, clean, and efficient. She is very friendly and kind as well. I would recommend Alua Tan to anyone!

The medium solution was a perfect match. There are also options for additives to better highlight your skin tone, which I opted against as it was my first time spray tanning in quite a while. I had to exfoliate a little in between my fingers the next day to remove a bit of discoloration, but the rest of my body looked perfectly fine. The booths were clean and stocked with barrier cream, hair nets, towels, nose plugs, and eye ware. The only downfall was that I had a hard time hearing the instructions over the fan of the booth. I will definitely be returning to Palm Beach Tan if I am ever in need of another spray tan.

Went in for microblading in May of 2025, worst decision of my life. When Doreen did my eyebrows…read morethey were uneven, not on brow-line and misshaped (one higher and arched the other extremely low and straight)and a huge gouge which still isn't healed. I asked her about this and she said don't worry they look fine. Called a few times expressing my concerns about the appearance and that I was having a reaction to the pigment. Doreen was very off putting and said she didn't care about their current appearance that I just needed to wait for follow up appointment. The redness and pain kept getting worse so I went to Dermatologist and was told it appeared to be an allergic reaction to the pigment and not to do any follow up. I told Doreen about this and once again she dismissed my concerns and insisted I do the follow up. Now, 5 months later I still have scarring and pigment "blotches" nowhere near where my brows should be. I will not follow up based upon my Dr. advice and recommend NO ONE let her butcher their face. They expect a certain level of kindness and to be welcomed. "Sit here in this chair" rather than saying please take a seat for example. We weren't welcomed or even greeted it was "last name?" and it was the same thing at checking out "last name?" Not oh how were your services or did you enjoy your time with us? I wasn't impressed to say the least.
