After receiving a quote, I simply asked for a moment to consult my wife regarding our budget and to see if my wife would be home. The technician immediately became rude and condescending, stating he didn't "take me seriously" because I wouldn't commit on the spot. It is unprofessional to pressure customers or treat them with such hostility for doing basic due diligence. The sad part my friend told me to call hearts plumbing, I will definitely let him know, how I felt after the phone call. I honestly felt like I disturbed his Sunday.

Why didn't they look at that before they installed the shower. The workers left me the mess to clean up. Which included the cerment they left on my driveway and splattered all over the walls by the faucet. I had to shovel the cement and discard of it and clean that mess up. Then they used a saw on my front porch, saw dust everywhere they just left that, didn't even attempt to clean it. 3 men came in and out of my house for 3 days on my new carpet, no tarps, I had to shampoo my carpet 4 times and they still look like crap.i won't hire them to complete the job, they want another $870 to drain and remove my hot water heater to get to the corroded pipes. He'll no, I could just imagine the mess that will be left. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
