Hearts plumbing: I had a very disappointing experience with Hearts Plumbing. After receiving a quote, I simply asked for a moment to consult my wife regarding our budget and to see if my wife would be home. The technician immediately became rude and condescending, stating he didn't "take me seriously" because I wouldn't commit on the spot. It is unprofessional to pressure customers or treat them with such hostility for doing basic due diligence. The sad part my friend told me to call hearts plumbing, I will definitely let him know, how I felt after the phone call. I honestly felt like I disturbed his Sunday. read more

Today out of nowhere i experienced a leak under my sink! Friday ...almost end of work day, my son called Hearts Plummer and were able to come right away! Only issue I had and shared with them is they did not call me to tell me the problem and cost before repairing. These guys have fixed a bunch of plumbing issues at my house -- because the high mineral content in the water here I have some kind of plumbing repair literally every 3-4 months. Today they really went beyond the call, I walked into my living room around 4 PM and discovered there was a lake there because a pipe in the wall had blown out. It is 6 PM and the leak is fixed, including replacing the regulator. For under $300, too. I definitely recommend Heart Plumbing. read more

Heart plumbing did a wonderful job of finding my septic tank and draining it witch was a long ways from my home and removing the clog from my lines. they were quick to get to my home after I called them . I will use them if I need a plumber again. read more

Had them service my swamp cooler this year and will never call them again for any other job...they charge $ 199 ..it was blowing hot air .there was a blockage in the water lines inside the cooler which their technician did not take care of and it caused the cool line to leak because of the water not flowing freely. So, they charged me another $78 just to patch the cool line which failed, they never came back to fix the leak and it should have been replaced as l found out from another plumber whom l paid $110 to finish the job. The owner has showed up personally several times to inspect the job beforehand so he knows exactly which employee is best equipped to do an incredible job. As a home owner sometimes there are repairs that need to be done. I noticed my floors were hot so I called hearts plumbing since they were a reputable company. They came and charged me $250 to locate the leak which is fine. They said they would call me to schedule repairs. They never did. I called them several times asking what was going on and when they were going to fix this. Every time I called they blew me off saying someone would call...... it's been almost 3 months!!!!! I ended up calling another company who was amazing. Shout out to Tommy t plumbing for having amazing work ethic and customer service. Guess hearts plumbing didnt want to make money. So relieved to have Heart plumbing in our town, they are truly a remarkable business! I called a different company for a sprinkler shut off on a Friday, it was slowly flooding out my yard. They came over and broke one of the pieces and left it for the weekend, promising they would get back to it Monday, to no avail. I called Heart plumbing, and they got me in super quick. As the truck was pulling up, my rental next door's pipe busted in the front yard, flooding it in a matter of minutes, they were able to get that fixed, same day. Last summer i wanted a master cooler installed. called Heart 3x and got stood up. Decided to give them another chance this summer. Called on Thursday and was told it was too hot to get on the roof (i wasn't going to be home till 3pm), completely understood and was told that Friday they would come and check my duck system to make sure a master cooler would work.
