I contacted Francisco for cleaning, painting and popcorn removal; which came out beautiful. I received the Vinyl Plank floors and Ceiling Fans (I hadn't hired anyone yet but had shipped to the house) and Francisco said he could do the floors and fans also. What luck finding him, as he did the entire house/project with minimal supervision, he handled it all took a lot of stress off me. The House came out beautiful. Besides Electrical, his plumbing skills are great and he installed a new double-sink vanity in the master bath; it was previously 1 sink, so the plumbing needed changing. He also did the Closet Doors, the Faux Wood Blinds and changed all the outlets and more.  Francisco provided a couple soft suggestions and he was absolutely right!.  He genuinely saw the modern, updated, though renter and budget friendly theme I was going for and it seems he was genuinely helping me get my theme right, in a budget friendly manner, not simply expand his workload.  After the tub was refinished, new double vanity, new lighting, and large mirrors, he said "do you really want to put these shower doors back on (from the 80s) and he was right, the new shower doors which he gave me a great price to install, made the entire bath look new, modernized and updated.  He also mentioned the inexpensive Panel closet sliding doors, which really was needed and they did update the bedrooms a bit at a good price and look very nice.  His work was beautiful,he did clean up, he knows what he is doing, and I will definitely hire him again.  Actually, I did hire him again (I had to replace a water heater).  One thing to consider, if you are in a timeline, get an exact completion date. The project took about 3 weeks longer, than I anticipated, but it was worth it as the price and Francisco himself being great to work with and handling it with minimal supervision. The grout it uneven some thicker than other. The baseboard are just not finished looking .The project took a lot longer than he said it would . They didn't put all the bases under the cabinets back on .And one tile sounds like there is absolutely nothing under it sounds so loud when something touches that tile . I had a newborn baby and toddlers so there is no way we would have had my kids here with all that dust and chemicals with a new born . We were never home. We gave them the code to be coming in and out every single day. I should've said something the day that they were finished so they could fix it. .I personally did not get to speak to them when they finished. Because they were gone before we returned home. I'm the type of person that does not like to be nitpicky or say anything as I do not like confrontation, but I definitely should've spoke up the project just took way longer than was sad and we just really wanted to be back home .when I find things to this day, I definitely have to say something because it was a lot of money for materials and labor to not speak up. This business is so unprofessional nobody is going to inspect every single piece of tile right away , I'm not bashing anybody when this is the work I was left with that I noticed more and more along the way . This work is what got the review nobody is setting out to destroy a business . Your super unprofessional everybody please stay away I've never dealt with such unprofessional attitude than just saying you messed up . Regardless I would not have wanted you guys to get back in their and rip everything out to start over because this grout sizes is not the size I wanted I was very specific and was not given that size I wanted I have video of the grout spacer hardly being used and the floor never checked with a leveler once !. You guys would have not paid for the material bought to redo it all ! Just say you guys don't hardly have experience and couldn't handle the work .
