I received the Vinyl Plank floors and Ceiling Fans (I hadn't hired anyone yet but had shipped to the house) and Francisco said he could do the floors and fans also. What luck finding him, as he did the entire house/project with minimal supervision, he handled it all took a lot of stress off me. The House came out beautiful. Besides Electrical, his plumbing skills are great and he installed a new double-sink vanity in the master bath; it was previously 1 sink, so the plumbing needed changing. He also did the Closet Doors, the Faux Wood Blinds and changed all the outlets and more.  Francisco provided a couple soft suggestions and he was absolutely right!.  He genuinely saw the modern, updated, though renter and budget friendly theme I was going for and it seems he was genuinely helping me get my theme right, in a budget friendly manner, not simply expand his workload.  After the tub was refinished, new double vanity, new lighting, and large mirrors, he said "do you really want to put these shower doors back on (from the 80s) and he was right, the new shower doors which he gave me a great price to install, made the entire bath look new, modernized and updated.  He also mentioned the inexpensive Panel closet sliding doors, which really was needed and they did update the bedrooms a bit at a good price and look very nice.  His work was beautiful,he did clean up, he knows what he is doing, and I will definitely hire him again.  Actually, I did hire him again (I had to replace a water heater).  One thing to consider, if you are in a timeline, get an exact completion date. The project took about 3 weeks longer, than I anticipated, but it was worth it as the price and Francisco himself being great to work with and handling it with minimal supervision. Fortunately, the one person who was truly professional, responsive, cordial and honest was Freddie. 1) Communication: Freddie will respond to all your questions and concerns in a timely manner through Yelp chat, text messages and phone calls. He is respectful and very thorough in his estimate and work completed. He sends before, during and after photos to ensure accuracy of his job. Lastly, he comes on time and makes sure to complete the job with quality. 2) Job: I would say his job is top notch. He is very detailed in his work, making sure everything fits perfectly because he backs his work with warranty. He did a great job with the custom modification of my old kitchen cabinets to fit the brand new oven. After putting out a conversation looking for a handyman to help me fix this door jamb Chris at C&L was the first handyman to contact me. He was super helpful in offering prompt service and told me he could come out the following day. He gave me a really great quote, I thought it was too good to be true. After getting a few more quotes from other handymen I decided to go with Chris because he could get to me the soonest and he actually gave me the best price. Chris and his son arrived with a door jamb kit ready to rock n roll. Upon arrival they took some measurements and realized my door jamb was extra wide. They ran back to the hardware store and got the appropriate sized jamb. From the time they arrived, ran back to the store and completed the job it was just under 2 hours. These guys were awesome, quick and efficient. Chris's son did all the cutting and carpentry work on the new jamb while Chris cut out the old one and got it installed. They were also cool in letting me watch, I wanted to learn a little something because it seemed like a hard job but they did it with ease and Chris explained every step of the process along the way. In fact during the installation Chris explained why our door jamb broke, when the door was originally hung to the jamb the hinges weren't drilled into the stud but were drilled into the drywall. It was weak and only a matter of time. Once they were done the door jamb looked great. I was really blown away by their work. Before they left I showed Chris a couple other things I wanted to get done to my house and he gladly gave me a quote for the work. These gentlemen were fantastic and I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN! Ralph had to fight the badly calcified parts just to try and get to the washers. I asked if it would be too late to consider replacing the whole faucet, which they happily agreed to.
