This was much appreciated since the temperature was going to be 100+. Angel came out and was very courteous and professional. But he can have his worker working on 110 degree weather and he don't want to come out and give quotes for new units. Talking about it's gonna take up too much time to give me a proper quote because it will take up most of my day but that's what we're paying for if you wanna make money and you wanna win my business I need to know what I'm getting into and this guy didn't wanna work because it's too hot or I don't know what the reason was Supposedly he had a meeting, but he fell to call me after and was more like pressuring me to buy the unit or give them my credit score The owner just feed off of just making assumptions aside from the technical details and findings about why my Ac unit needs to be replaced since is 21 years old but it works and randomly turns off here and there, the heater works and it runs fine here and there.These people are crooks they try to find out how much is your credit score so they can rack up the prize based on your credit score I feel like they're taking advantage of people and he kind of felt offended that I had another quote and and questioned me why I had more quotes and I told him I'm shopping , and I have every right to do so. he still tried to say that they were the best and what not but they're a bunch of crooks trying to take advantage of vulnerable people and take advantage of the weather since they don't make nothing all year. They were the second team to come out and perform the inspection. He his evaluation provided the same assessment as the first vendor; however, his professionalism, polite yet candid explanation, offered alternatives, and comforting competence made us know that this team was the one for us. Primary alternatives were to (a) repair the broken blower motor or (b) replace the Furnace (heater) and Compressor (A/C). But with the amazing service they provided, it was well worth the wait. Our Technician came out 10-15 minutes after the arrival time window they gave us and he did an amazing job for us.
