I agreed only to wait another 11/2 hours to be told that it needed the compressor replaced another $2185. I spoke with Gary and he said he would allow the total that I paid to go toward the $2185 . I then requested some type of refund but he said because it needed the part anyway he couldn't refund it . I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else . $466 dollars later and wasted 5 hrs of my time the car is the same as It was . Called Flowers Nissan three times and never could get any help. Called Tenneson Nissan in Tifton Georgia and they immediately took care of the situation and had the car towed in. They offered a courteous car to drive while they had our car in the shop and we didn't even buy it there. In a little over 24 hours the car was repaired and ready for delivery!

This was going to be a 6 hour job. After many trips to check on my car I finally got tired of all the reasons the said why they couldn't fix it. I went to get my car with a tow dolly the end of May because it was still not fixed. The conversation we had was not very nice. I found out when i got home they didn't even give me back all my car. I took them to small claims court and won a judgment the end of November 2024 but as of today 2/1/25 I still have not received any money. I have taken my car to 4 repair shops and because of what they have done nobody will work on it so I have a 3000 lb peace of junk. In my opinion they shouldn't be allowed to work on anything or be in business. PLEASE CHECK THE BBB AND ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE.
