Bought a truck at the end of 2016 that had just had a new A/C compressor installed at Tommy Boys…read more I'm not sure what else they replaced/repaired at that time. The compressor didn't see much hot weather until summer 2017, when it died. The compressor was still under warranty, so I took it back to the shop. I made sure to verify that they would also replace the dryer and orifice tube and fully flush the system rather than just slap a new compressor on. Of, but of course! My old dryer was marked. When I picked my truck up, it still had all of the old parts, just a new compressor slapped on. When you don't replace the dryer and orifice tube and flush the system, you run a high risk of shards from the old compressor getting into the new one and destroying it. Sure enough, only a couple months of use and the A/C went out. The compressor wasn't coming on. I wasn't sure if it had a leak that had been missed or the compressor had died. I dropped by to get them to look at it. They insisted I would have to come back the next day. I understand shops are busy, but when you have already warrantied your work once (and you know you didn't fix it right) you could at least offer to take a quick look to determine the problem. I took it to another shop, and they determined it is the compressor. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I don't recommend them at all for A/C work.

I have a 1996 c1500 with only 54678 miles it belonged to my grandmother she died I went to prison…read moreand it sat for 12 years when I got home I replaced all the rubber under the hood and the whole fuel system except for the tank I burnt up the fuel pump and couldn't spare the timto drop the tank and replace it because of working long hours I dropped it off to biggen as he is called and the truck sat for 2 weeks until I could pay the balance when I dropped by to pick it up I was missing a lot of my tools out of the cab and tool box that I had locked my doors were left unlocked with the keys in the ignition upon further inspection they left the factory fuel tank skid plate off along with the filler neck ground strap when I returned to ask them to put the skid plate on the told me that if I wanted it that it was still in the dumpster and they would charge me to replace the skid plate that is a safety feature and should have been put back on over the new tank they stole from me and didn't do the job correctly I don't recommend them to anyone if you love your vehicle like I love my truck they just don't care and are careless with other people's property do not trust them to work on your vehicles
