I had someone "fix" my axles but had issues. after taking it to Toyota and not being heard when I…read moretold them the issue (I was told it was my transmission) I was recommended this place by a friend. They immediately identified the issue and fixed it. I had full trust in what the mechanics said and any questions I had were answered with honesty. I will not take my car anywhere else for any major issues.

Bought a truck at the end of 2016 that had just had a new A/C compressor installed at Tommy Boys…read more I'm not sure what else they replaced/repaired at that time. The compressor didn't see much hot weather until summer 2017, when it died. The compressor was still under warranty, so I took it back to the shop. I made sure to verify that they would also replace the dryer and orifice tube and fully flush the system rather than just slap a new compressor on. Of, but of course! My old dryer was marked. When I picked my truck up, it still had all of the old parts, just a new compressor slapped on. When you don't replace the dryer and orifice tube and flush the system, you run a high risk of shards from the old compressor getting into the new one and destroying it. Sure enough, only a couple months of use and the A/C went out. The compressor wasn't coming on. I wasn't sure if it had a leak that had been missed or the compressor had died. I dropped by to get them to look at it. They insisted I would have to come back the next day. I understand shops are busy, but when you have already warrantied your work once (and you know you didn't fix it right) you could at least offer to take a quick look to determine the problem. I took it to another shop, and they determined it is the compressor. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I don't recommend them at all for A/C work.
