The cost was very reasonable for the services received and I highly recomend them if you have an emergency situation in their area.. The compressor didn't see much hot weather until summer 2017, when it died. The compressor was still under warranty, so I took it back to the shop. I made sure to verify that they would also replace the dryer and orifice tube and fully flush the system rather than just slap a new compressor on. Of, but of course! My old dryer was marked. When I picked my truck up, it still had all of the old parts, just a new compressor slapped on. When you don't replace the dryer and orifice tube and flush the system, you run a high risk of shards from the old compressor getting into the new one and destroying it. Sure enough, only a couple months of use and the A/C went out. The compressor wasn't coming on. I wasn't sure if it had a leak that had been missed or the compressor had died. I dropped by to get them to look at it. They insisted I would have to come back the next day. I understand shops are busy, but when you have already warrantied your work once (and you know you didn't fix it right) you could at least offer to take a quick look to determine the problem. I took it to another shop, and they determined it is the compressor. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I don't recommend them at all for A/C work.

PCV pipe that was installed in the vehicle was also installed crooked and they left my mass air flow sensor unplugged many times. Made small, silly mistakes on parts that were added/checked on the vehicle and when confronted, told me the part degraded in 1 month (the cam follower on the FSI GTI: virtually impossible). I was about 1 week away from a complete engine failure due to this "part they checked" and it is only a $20 part. I will not be going back ever again. Also charges $265 for brake fluid exchange that AT THE DEALERSHIP is only $95!
