No surprise, the vehicle is 28 years old and had seen some abuse before I bought it, so all things considered it is working better than expected. Excellent value, a different shop wanted nearly double the price to fix and I could not afford that. Matt was very honest about what work was done and how much life is left on that pressure plate. Hope I can locate one for a 28-year-old car. When it comes tome to replace Ivwill have him do the work as I am pleased with the current job.

BEWARE OF WALKER TRANSMISSION. I took my bmw to them to get…read morethe cluch replaced in February 2024. They messed up bolts on the transmission and was unable to remove it. This was going to be a 6 hour job. After many trips to check on my car I finally got tired of all the reasons the said why they couldn't fix it. I went to get my car with a tow dolly the end of May because it was still not fixed. The conversation we had was not very nice. I found out when i got home they didn't even give me back all my car. I took them to small claims court and won a judgment the end of November 2024 but as of today 2/1/25 I still have not received any money. I have taken my car to 4 repair shops and because of what they have done nobody will work on it so I have a 3000 lb peace of junk. In my opinion they shouldn't be allowed to work on anything or be in business. PLEASE CHECK THE BBB AND ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE.

Bought a truck at the end of 2016 that had just had a new A/C compressor installed at Tommy Boys…read more I'm not sure what else they replaced/repaired at that time. The compressor didn't see much hot weather until summer 2017, when it died. The compressor was still under warranty, so I took it back to the shop. I made sure to verify that they would also replace the dryer and orifice tube and fully flush the system rather than just slap a new compressor on. Of, but of course! My old dryer was marked. When I picked my truck up, it still had all of the old parts, just a new compressor slapped on. When you don't replace the dryer and orifice tube and flush the system, you run a high risk of shards from the old compressor getting into the new one and destroying it. Sure enough, only a couple months of use and the A/C went out. The compressor wasn't coming on. I wasn't sure if it had a leak that had been missed or the compressor had died. I dropped by to get them to look at it. They insisted I would have to come back the next day. I understand shops are busy, but when you have already warrantied your work once (and you know you didn't fix it right) you could at least offer to take a quick look to determine the problem. I took it to another shop, and they determined it is the compressor. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I don't recommend them at all for A/C work.

This review is for the service department. I actually live in Tallahassee but made a point to come…read moreup to Thomasville for service on my jeep. Adam and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and they do top-notch work. I am not exaggerating when I say they have been the best service and repair people I have ever dealt with. Compared to other places I've dealt with which did sub-par work, had massive delays, or impossible schedules Stallings has always been able to see my vehicle quickly, and do highest-quality work with great turnaround. If you are in the greater Tallahassee-Thomasville area and need service on your Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge, I cannot recommend Stallings highly enough. Only caveat is as of this review, they do not have any EV-certified techs so they cannot work on any EV or hybrids, but they are apparently in the process of getting one of their people certified so hopefully in the near future that will pan out.

I broke down passing through several years ago. They got me in right away and I was back on the road after replacing the water pump on my Magnum. While it was torn apart, they replaced, at my request, the timing belt. Very fair priced and the service rep was very nice. Folks you can't get any better dealership than this. I've had vehicles serviced here for years and they've always treated me right. Just bought my dually 3500 pickup here and get a great deal and a very fair trade. Cody, took exceptional care of me and my wife during the process. I can't say enough. No better dealership.
