When she first asked if I needed help, I told her I didn't because I was just browsing; later, when I decided on a pair of sneakers and asked for assistance, she snapped, "That's why I asked if you needed help earlier," looking completely sour and bitter. Honestly, she is a terrible employee. I do not recommend this store--the customer service is very poor. 0/10. My husband also asked her about a shoe size for my baby, and she was incredibly rude--she didn't even come over or anything; she just said, "Only the sizes you see there," and was very arrogant about it. The service was terrible. I had already heard bad reviews about that store, but I went because it was nearby; I will never visit that place again. You go there to make a purchase with your own money, not to beg them for service only to have them come over with attitude; if they don't like their job, they should just quit! I am never coming back to this store, and I don't recommend going there.

The staff was really helpful when I came to pick up our order shoutout to them for making the process smooth. The only downside was that my phone didn't get any service inside the store, which made it hard to access the online coupons they offer. Because of that, I'd definitely recommend ordering your shoes online ahead of time and selecting in-store pickup. You even get $5 off when you do it that way, so it's a win-win. Also, a small tip: double check the shoes before leaving. Ours had a white mark on them, which we were able to clean off easily, but just something to be aware of. Overall, we'll definitely be back, but online ordering with pickup is the way to go!

They are NOT the Lululemon they used to be…read more The store layout, employees, employee store staffing, store telephone contacting and merchandise are 1000% different than what it was before. The brand doesn't listen to consumers when it comes to deliverables of merch coming in basics colors like: BLACK, WHITE, NAVY, GREY and RED. The color selection now is sherbets for spring but try and find shorts w/ tees and tanks in basics? You can't! Try calling the store and getting a live person to pick up? You won't! On a positive note: they still hem their overly long items for FREE! So I guess they are fine with allowing Vuori and Alo to take over their share of the market since they seem to be backing out of it through these cost cutting measures? Sad, I used to shop here every Saturday and knew the entire store.

Really disappointed with the customer service I received at Cotton On. I simply asked an employee…read moreif I could check the balance on a gift card. He told me that the only way to find out the balance was to actually purchase something with it. I thought that sounded ridiculous, so I called the store from inside the same store and another employee told me that yes, they can check the gift card balance without making a purchase. The frustrating part is that the first employee could have easily checked it or given me the correct information, but instead I had to call the store myself while literally standing inside the store just to get an answer. Mistakes happen, but giving incorrect information and making the customer do extra work instead of simply helping them is poor customer service. Hopefully management can address this with the staff so other customers don't have the same experience.

I've been shopping this DSW for years. I think today is the day that I've decided I will no longer…read morebe shopping at DSW. I went there looking for a running shoe. It says that I have to ask an associate for the right pair which is fine but asking the associate was being told to go downstairs to get the right pair so that means I have to go downstairs stand in line ask for the right shoe just so I can try it on to see if it fits. I don't know about most people, but typically you need to try on a couple pairs of shoes walking up and down those stairs just to get the second pair doesn't make any sense to me. I walked out immediately. The savings are about $10. I think I'll spend the extra $10 for the convenience at the mall or online.

I literally forgot I've already left a 2-star review for this location. After stopping in today to…read morebuy my husband a few of his favoriteT-shirts for Father's Day, I left the store with that same 2-star taste in my mouth as before. Same basic problem: the folding issue. Everything on the shelves is impeccably folded to a line. I very carefully (because I know how much the employees hate customers who tamper with their folds) eased a T-shirt off a very perfectly folded stack and the stack lost its perfect look. Then I accidentally brushed my elbow on another stack of nearby T's which caused an unfortunate crease on the one on top. The saleslady who hovered next to me during this mishap, perhaps in an effort to make it clear how much time they put into folding clothes at their job, took both piles of shirts off the shelf and made me wait with my items while she perfected the shirts' folds. After my daughter and I waited on her (no that's not a typo), she then announced she was now ready to ring me up at the register. This is and has been a continuous problem at this location. I hope management considers a workshop for the employees on quality and professional customer service. Making a customer wait with their items while you fold clothes is unacceptable and rude. This can and should be done after you've finished sale transactions. If I didn't like the actual James Perse clothing so much I'd truly never go back. Customers spending $400 on three T-shirts should be treated at a much higher standard.

Well, it seems times have changed (or, most likely, I have changed). They still have a very surf/skate culture feel to the store. It's slightly dark & 'edgy' but not enough that it would scare your grandma out. They leave that up to the groups of high schoolers aimlessly roaming the store in packs. They make it tough to move around as they'll just hang out in a section goofing off. You want to look around that area? Too bad. They're not even going to acknowledge your presence there. I ended up leaving shortly after coming in as I knew it wouldn't be worth my time. It seems like, at least for the men's inventory, they have a few of several styles, but not a ton of variety. I hope the women's section has better variety but I can't speak for that. I just know their men's swim section was tiny & their section of currently hip (read: overpriced) t-shirts was big. I guess my days of shopping at Tilly's have passed. Maybe one day I can pass the cap off to one of my kids.

When I walked inside, I went straight to look at their hats selections. They have the kids or boys clothing toward the back of the store and also the fitting room as well. The prices will vary here so if you don't like it then just shop elsewhere or see if you can find it cheaper at another store in the mall. They also carry Stanley cups here as well.
