Leanna (I think that's her name) was doing whatever she could to make the customers experience the best. They prorate the tires if you get a road hazard and need a replacement tire, whereas Discount Tire would replace the tire at no cost under their hazard coverage. They also told me that if one tire needed replaced, I would have to replace all the tires on the vehicle. Again, Discount Tire would simply replace the damaged tire if needed. I bought these tires less than a year ago and was told I needed new tires because they claimed there was a nail in one of them. I decided to handle it myself instead. After inspecting the tire, I never found a nail, and it turned out the issue was actually a broken TPMS sensor. The tire was not losing air at all, which really makes me question their diagnosis.
