Best sarsparilla in Tombstone. CASH ONLY! So come prepared. $2.50 for a bottle or 4 bottles in a collectors carrier for the combo at $10.00! No frills, friendly man who will gracoiusly offer to open the bottle for you. Just off the main tourists' road, do not miss it!

The owners are super friendly and chatted it up with us. The sarsaparilla Was refreshing and we even brought some back to California. Must do when in Tombstone.

Fun little shop, social and humorous owner, and a nice product. It's a fun little spot to stop in at while visiting Tombstone.

Yelp did it again! I was on the top row of the high noon reenactment of rhe OK corral shootout. I turned around and there it was across the street! A sign, an omen, a coincidence? It said "the best rootbeer in the West"! I thought to myself well it's the best or they couldn't possibly advertise that! ;-) So after reading the reviews I was even more interested in trying this. It's flat root beer! Never tried that before and I thought that would be cool. A non- burping soda experience!? This stuff was really tasty and after trying this style it's unclear why any soda would be bubbly. Tastes like Stuart's root beer with MUCH smoother and stronger flavor. Absolutely delicious and I bought a 4 pack. Each bottle commemorates 1 of 4 of the historical figures as seen in the picture below. Screw tops can go back on and since flat can be saved for later. This was so refreshing and a perfect end cap for my 1st tombstone experience.

"The Rootbeer of the Old West" Sooo good! Afternoon, just got off a stagecoach and walking around Tombstone pretty thirsty. I saw Johnny One Dog standing behind the counter of a barn-like building. A big sign above him said sarsparilla and I actually came to Tombstone intending to find a good place to get one. I walked up, slammed my hand down on the wood counter, "Sarsparilla!" He laughed and said that I wouldn't regret it and that it was the best Sarsparilla in town. Danged if he wasn't right! At $2.50 a bottle, I downed one of the ice-cold bottles and then bought 5 more - a few to take home and drink and a few as souvenirs to share because it was so good. Plus the bottles were awesome souvenirs - the "gunfighter collection". I bought a bottled water there too. I tried sarsparilla at a few other places around town, but there was something about his that made it better. He was really friendly and it was fun talking to him. If you are in Tombstone, you MUST stop by his stand (across from the park on 3rd street between Allen and Fremont). Tell him Adriana from Los Angeles sent you ;) "Justice is coming but Tombstone Sarsparilla is here!"

OMG! I have tried at least twenty different sarsaparilla over the years and this brand was hands down the best I have ever had. Swing by, pull up a stool and enjoy a cold one! I was surprised to learn that there was no carbonation in it so once you have removed it from the refrigerator you can put it back in days later without ruining the taste.

The building may not look like much but an ice cold sarsaparilla on a hot day, hell any day, well worth the stop.

Being a vegetarian…read moreit's so hard to find a variety of atleast 2 to 3 meals on a menu We turned around and found this place and looked at the reviews, and ended up eating at this place. Out of world food The ladies in the kitchen are awesome They really are dedicated, loving and patient. No frustration whatsoever on their face. The lady there suggested trying out the spicy chick pea coconut / w turmeric soup, she said it's the last bowl and I went for it. Out of world deliciousness packed in a bowl. We then tried the veggie/ vegan hummus cold sandwich and ordered a grilled focaccia vegetarian sandwich. It was all delicious and we then ended up ordering a carry out of the same Focaccia order except customized it with adding spicy peppers/ lemon garlic feta as well. They nailed it and it was finger licking delicious. Won't miss ever to visit this place when we come back to bisbee The prices are very normal and the service is amazing. Kudos to all the ladies in the kitchen who work crazy to put delicious meals on the table.

We stumbled upon this place which is a bit further walk than the main part of town. If you head away from the main part (walk up the hill on the main street) you will see it on the right. It seemed to have better (earlier hours) than the other places in town. The sandwiches were surprisingly good. My wife had the Tuna Salad on Mixed Greens ($11.95) and was quite happy with it. I had one of their sandwich specials, which was the turkey, brie, gruyere, and bacon (with a mayo called "prickly pear jalapeno mayo) on excellent grilled focaccia bread. In fact, it was my favorite sandwich of the trip. We ate outside on the patio, which was nice. Although you order at the counter, they bring your food to your table (it was a bit slow) and you bus your table too.
