The whole experience was warm and welcoming from start to finish. Their riesling is special and worth a try for certain. They also have a delightful pinot noir made with Hungarian oak that creates a subtle vanilla flavor that is so enjoyable. I also have to give props to their respect of health during these unprecedented times. They took temperatures, asked for contact tracing information, and wore masks when appropriate.

My mom, partner, and I had a lovely time during our last-minute trip to Del Bac over the weekend…read more Though finding the location was a little bit confusing (like most distilleries and breweries, Del Bac is in a warehouse), we were greeted by a cute little storefront once we entered. When we inquired about tastings, we were led to a modest, rustic bar where we shared a couple of flights and some popcorn. The flights were reasonably priced and super fun to try, and the bartender was informative! There was a tour + tasting group going on in the actual distilling facility; next time we're in Tucson it'd be fun to try that out. I'm bummed that I didn't know to look for Two-Row until seeing him here on Yelp, so that's definitely a factor in my drive to come back. :)

Their old fashions were also absolutely delicious. We had a blast and I hope to head in soon with my husband!
