During our visit, we were treated to tastings of many different wines - they are not shy in sharing their wonderful product with you - followed by a tour of their small but impressive facilities. The whole experience was warm and welcoming from start to finish. Their riesling is special and worth a try for certain. They also have a delightful pinot noir made with Hungarian oak that creates a subtle vanilla flavor that is so enjoyable. I also have to give props to their respect of health during these unprecedented times. They took temperatures, asked for contact tracing information, and wore masks when appropriate.

They offer private and public tours in there warehouse and have a light tasting at the end of the tour. After the tour you have a chance to purchase some of the whiskey that they distill right out of the warehouse you just toured. You can truly see the passion that he has for distilleing single batch whiskey from Tucson. He has a great story to tell on how he began and how he continue to expand his business.

We went to 4 different wineries and had a great lunch. The wineries were hops and vine, rune, Elgin winery/distillery, and dark sky vineyard. He let us choose where we wanted to go based on preference, time and previous experiences. We had lunch at the cafe, which had really great burgers and sandwiches. He even gave us the choice of lunch spots, bbq or sandwiches, both sounded amazing but we chose sandwiches. I would recommend this tour and look forward to booking this again and many of the other tours he offers.

She was prepared for our group of gals with glasses for those of us that did not want to purchase the souvenir take away from the offering locations.
