After working with Finmark Construction, I can say with 100% confidence, the homebuilding process is none of these things! Derek has a gift when it comes to taking your imagination and packaging into a beautiful and functional design that will come to life. The software they use allows you to get constant updates and provide immediate feedback. The schedule is laid out so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. I haven't talked with anybody who hired a builder that get's their project done on time AND within budget. Well, guess what? Finmark does that too! Shout out to Lars (our residential project manager) and Jeff (commercial project manager)! Schellinger Construction was doing road work on 287 south of Helena in 3 different sections and the…read moretemporary road surface was unbelievable. We were traveling on it on a Sunday and immediately after their 3rd section of "gravel" (large jagged rocks) we experienced a blow out. Luckily the Walmart in Helena was open and we were able to get the last tire in our size. They mentioned at Walmart that they get several blowouts per day now due to the construction. We contacted Schellinger Construction and provided all documentation along with photo's and after ignoring our e-mails, I finally called them again and they said they would NOT cover the obvious tire blow out.
