Joseph converted a large walk-in closet into a bathroom for our home in Whitefish and completed the task on time, UNDER budget, and with attention to detail that demonstrates his pride in his craft. His quoted price was lower than other quotes we received, and he actually completed the project UNDER budget due to some negotiating he did with the City of Whitefish, as well as some electrical work that required less effort than anticipated. Very fair bid and we hired him. Communicated very well as to their shifting schedule, which we were fine with; frankly we expected it due to the nature of the business. Two months after rescrewing, it began to rain. We noticed a leak. Sent Jeff pictures and he scheduled time to come out and look at it. He found the first problem (nothing to do with their work). He made the plan to come out the next day with the proper materials. When he began to look further, he found additional issues that have been there since my home was built. The leak was a blessing in disguise, as the roof didn't need anything major because it was caught now and not in several years when it would be major.
