Luke came in, assessed the situation, and... worked his magic‼ He leveled the area around the house and driveway (which was one of the problems from the previous GC), put down fabric, then had gravel delivered and he spread it out. He even went beyond what we expected‼. And as a testimony to his quality of work, the next day after he had finished, we had a heavy rain. There was no ponding, and the water flowed away from the house.
