We had a scheduled date and an approximate time (between 10:30-11:00 am) to load the truck. We texted a few times to make sure we were on their schedule I texted him the week before to confirm the date and that I would text him when the truck was at our house. They not only didn't show up but didn't return my calls or texts. We had to scramble to find people to help us load the truck so that we could vacate the house in time for the new owners to move in.
