Terrible! A. A. Precision Flooring (Bryan Smith) installed carpet in our brand new $600,000 home…read more Carpet is loose and bubbling in every single room that has carpet. Contacted Bryan to repair. I wasn't upset at time as mistakes happen and I just expected him to fix the error. Didn't need new carpet.. just stretch and repair the poor install. Bryan would do it but only at our expense. Carpet is so poorly installed that a second opinion is $1200 to stretch carpet and we as homeowners are responsible for removing all furniture from home. I would have rated zero but option wasn't available.

Jeff made a bid to rescrew my entire metal roof and add snow breaks on my house this Summer. Also,…read moreto rescrew the first three rows and add a snow break to my shop. Very fair bid and we hired him. Communicated very well as to their shifting schedule, which we were fine with; frankly we expected it due to the nature of the business. Two months after rescrewing, it began to rain. We noticed a leak. Sent Jeff pictures and he scheduled time to come out and look at it. He found the first problem (nothing to do with their work). He made the plan to come out the next day with the proper materials. When he began to look further, he found additional issues that have been there since my home was built. The leak was a blessing in disguise, as the roof didn't need anything major because it was caught now and not in several years when it would be major. The roof just needed Jeff to add a couple of pieces of metal to make everything fine. Jeff - Thank you for getting on this so quickly and taking care of us!!!

He identified trees that were dead, dying or could be a threat to our home and property in a wind event, and gave us a detailed estimate within hours. Adam and his crew were excellent in communicating the process of how they would go about carefully removing each tree in order to avoid damaging our home or other trees and plants. The Beardance climbers were amazing pros, scaling 80 plus foot trees to remove limbs, in order to lighten the load prior to felling. The crew chipped limbs and cleaned up each day prior to leaving. In the end, after felling, they made the extra effort to buck up each trunk into 16" sections placing them on an accessible location of our property in order for friends and neighbors to take as firewood. Adam and his crew are an exceptional team that go the extra mile in every way possible. We highly recommend Adam Davis and Beardance Forestry, LLC.
