Our first was a remodel where he was very prompt and efficient, including using some of our original gutters that were still in fine shape. He was recomended by my general contractor. Our second was a high snow load metal roof requiring a rod and nut system, with down pipe offsets, etc. that all turned out both good looking and effective. When our snow load roof needed a minor maintenance item due to ice build up over the winter, Jeremy explained the solution effectively and provided me the parts at a very fair price (I am a DIY'er when possible). I would not hestite to use Gurgis or recomend them to anyone needing a quality product with excellent service at a fair price.
