Paint4U did an amazing job of transforming our newly purchased home from a dark, loggy look to the bright, modern look we were hoping for. The owner, Mike, took the time to make sure he understood exactly what effect we were trying to achieve in each area. This was particularly important because in addition to painting every wall surface in our house, we also painted large areas of previously stained wood ceilings and wood paneled wainscoting. During the project we got to know not only Mike, but also Micah, Anna and Nicole, all of whom were friendly, polite and unbelievably hard working. The entire team worked with such precision that it's impossible to find mistakes anywhere. My in-laws actually played a game one day to try to find a paint blemish in our whole 3-story house and they couldn't find a single one! Mike and his team were so nice to work with that several months after painting our home's interior, we had them return to paint our house's exterior. Here again, not a small feat given the height of our house and the difficulty of accessing several areas on the 3rd floor with no nearby roof access. This didn't slow Mike's team down one bit. I was told the following Tuesday. We were going away for three days and never heard from them again and they didn't show up on Monday, much less, Tuesday. They never called or texted anything. Then two days later I finally wrote them and said I assumed they showed up to paint because I never heard from them and was leaving on Tuesday. I left the paint outside in the backyard. I finally got a text back from them (two days later...Friday) telling me that they got hung up due to rain and now couldn't make it until the following Monday. I thought that was odd becasue I was spraying and working on my own house and rain never stopped me. So, after thinking about it over the weekend, we decided if they were that irresponsible not to communicate to us, that they would also not be responsible in doing a good job on our house. We now tell our associates not to consider Dynamic Painting as they don't value good and responsible communication.
