Paint4U did an amazing job of transforming our newly purchased home from a dark, loggy look to the bright, modern look we were hoping for. The owner, Mike, took the time to make sure he understood exactly what effect we were trying to achieve in each area. This was particularly important because in addition to painting every wall surface in our house, we also painted large areas of previously stained wood ceilings and wood paneled wainscoting. During the project we got to know not only Mike, but also Micah, Anna and Nicole, all of whom were friendly, polite and unbelievably hard working. The entire team worked with such precision that it's impossible to find mistakes anywhere. My in-laws actually played a game one day to try to find a paint blemish in our whole 3-story house and they couldn't find a single one! Mike and his team were so nice to work with that several months after painting our home's interior, we had them return to paint our house's exterior. Here again, not a small feat given the height of our house and the difficulty of accessing several areas on the 3rd floor with no nearby roof access. This didn't slow Mike's team down one bit. We hired Big Cedar Construction to do a full remodel for our bathroom. We were told our small…read moreproject would be completed within 3 weeks. 12 weeks later we were finished. During the remodel, the quality of work reflects an unskilled DIY workmanship and had to have them come back and fix brand new plumbing and toilet that was told is good to go, which started leaking after install and said that's normal which it's not. Next item is we ordered new doors to be installed and some of the ones ordered were not the right size and had to wait for a new one. Secondly the top of our brand new holocore door was cut completely off so you can put your hand inside the door. Overall we are glad the project is done but I would not consider hiring this company again for future projects. The owner is a good guy but this experience has left me wishing the quality of work recieved reflected ​the cost of what we paid.

We had a pipe burst in our home and xtreme came out the first week of October for work. Our…read moreinsurance agent said to get an invoice asap and to stop all of the additional services as they add up quickly. The on site manager said he would get me the invoice the next week. I followed up with him repeatedly, nothing came. I followed up with the local manager several times, nothing came. We needed to make a determination on whether to pay for this ourselves or file an insurance claim. Xtreme was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total scam. Over 60 days later, yes, 60 DAYS later, we receive and invoice from their billing service, which was on a Thursday. I spoke with our insurance agent and decided to file a claim at that time. Our adjustor came out the following Monday and we were proceeding. The next day, Xtreme called me, emailed me in a most unprofessional way. Borderline harassment, asking for payment and said they offer a cash discount if it doesnt go through insurance. At this time, I had had the invoice for 4 business days. Now, I have had the invoice for less than 30 days. Our insurance is finalizing the claim and the expect to have everything ready in a few weeks. Extreme is putting a lien on our house because of the delay. The delay was because of them!!!!!!! I have records of each and every call, text, and email to everyone there. This is a total scam. Run from this company as fast and as far as you can!!
