We own a rental property near Big Fork and had Jeremy refit the structure with new gutters and I can say without exaggeration that I have never had a small-job service provider cause so many problems. His mistakes (6 in total!) ended up costing us $27,360 to repair/fix. The damage he caused directly and the resultant flooding is hard to wrap your head around when you look at it from the perspective that it was just the gutters that were supposed to be installed. Like, how did you even manage to do that?? Absolutely bewildering. I'm all for showing empathy to people who are struggling, especially mentally like Jeremy is, but his completely unhinged outbursts when shown the damage he did is cause for major concern. This man should not be mingling with polite society, let alone be customer-facing in a service business. Not only should you avoid this business at all costs, but you should be very weary of being near Jeremy at all, he is a powder keg waiting to blow.

Very nice young men were on time and quickly took care of cleaning both the gutters and downspouts. This home is new to me, and I had a problem with rainwater overtopping the gutters and creating moisture in the crawlspace. The gutters and downspouts are now flowing freely - as evidenced by the recent rain. Also, I am concerned about one downspout exiting too close to the foundation. They gave me some very helpful suggestions on how I might address this, since there is limited space to simply extend the downspout. At my request, they ran water into downspouts that discharge underground. I wanted to see if the underground pipes were plugged. This showed me where the underground pipes were discharging to the surface and into a roadside swale. This took a little sleuthing on their part, as there is no pipe visible in this area. It is great to better understand my property drainage. I appreciate the time they took to both do an excellent job and help answer my questions. I highly recommend their service, and I will definitely use them again.

I was originally quoted $1600 for the repair, which I was happy to pay. Once the contractor finally got here he made the decision to do a completely different repair that took significantly less time and materials, and they still wanted to charge me $1400 for a job I could've done because "there aren't roof companies that do repairs, so we really do them as a favor so we make the short list when you need a roof". Had I received the correct communication or the amount of work done I was originally told I'd be getting this would be a better review. $1000 in the end for work I could have completed faster is wild.
