He is professional, competitive in pricing and competent. We referred him to several of our neighbors, who also used him for their guttering, and we're very pleased with his work. We just had Jeremy back to install heat taping on one side of our roof. Once again, the installation job was done professionally. He provided information on electrical usage and only installed the tape where needed. We trust his professional recommendations. We highly recommend Jeremy Gurgis for guttering and heat tape installation! Our first was a remodel where he was very prompt and efficient, including using some of our original gutters that were still in fine shape. He was recomended by my general contractor. Our second was a high snow load metal roof requiring a rod and nut system, with down pipe offsets, etc. that all turned out both good looking and effective. When our snow load roof needed a minor maintenance item due to ice build up over the winter, Jeremy explained the solution effectively and provided me the parts at a very fair price (I am a DIY'er when possible). I would not hestite to use Gurgis or recomend them to anyone needing a quality product with excellent service at a fair price. I'm admittedly yelp-dependent when it comes to deciding on service providers, and I had high…read moreexpectations based on the ratings here, but all I can surmise is that these reviews are paid for or they are manufactured from family members, because there is no way there are people out there who would voluntarily give positive reviews for Jeremy and his gutter "work". We own a rental property near Big Fork and had Jeremy refit the structure with new gutters and I can say without exaggeration that I have never had a small-job service provider cause so many problems. His mistakes (6 in total!) ended up costing us $27,360 to repair/fix. The damage he caused directly and the resultant flooding is hard to wrap your head around when you look at it from the perspective that it was just the gutters that were supposed to be installed. Like, how did you even manage to do that?? Absolutely bewildering. I'm all for showing empathy to people who are struggling, especially mentally like Jeremy is, but his completely unhinged outbursts when shown the damage he did is cause for major concern. This man should not be mingling with polite society, let alone be customer-facing in a service business. Not only should you avoid this business at all costs, but you should be very weary of being near Jeremy at all, he is a powder keg waiting to blow.
