Contacted Bryan to repair. I wasn't upset at time as mistakes happen and I just expected him to fix the error. Didn't need new carpet.. just stretch and repair the poor install. Bryan would do it but only at our expense. Carpet is so poorly installed that a second opinion is $1200 to stretch carpet and we as homeowners are responsible for removing all furniture from home. I would have rated zero but option wasn't available.

But I could've gotten that for less with some sub-par Home Depot hired contractor. I was really excited initially based off the one review, but unfortunately he is the best we have in this area. The other small contractors are only worse from what I've heard from citizens of this area.

During the remodel, the quality of work reflects an unskilled DIY workmanship and had to have them come back and fix brand new plumbing and toilet that was told is good to go, which started leaking after install and said that's normal which it's not. Next item is we ordered new doors to be installed and some of the ones ordered were not the right size and had to wait for a new one. Secondly the top of our brand new holocore door was cut completely off so you can put your hand inside the door. Overall we are glad the project is done but I would not consider hiring this company again for future projects. The owner is a good guy but this experience has left me wishing the quality of work recieved reflected ​the cost of what we paid.
