Mark Cubans new venture, Medicare, various discount cards, how providers ( doctors) interact with the business side of prescriptions, and so on. However, Walgreens does not provide aisle information for products, so I had to ask a store associate for help locating emesis bags. The first employee I approached looked disheveled--his uniform was wrinkled and stained, which was already off-putting. When I asked about the emesis bags, he had no idea what they were. I tried explaining: Me: "Bags used for nausea or dry heaving." Him: "Huh?!?" Me: "Vomiting bags." Him: "Oh, the throw-up bags should be along the back wall." I searched but couldn't find them, so I attempted to ask another employee for assistance. Unfortunately, he was wearing iPod earbuds and was unapproachable. Eventually, I located the item on my own, paid, and left. The lack of professionalism and basic product knowledge from employees was disappointing. Customer service at Walgreens has noticeably declined since my last visit.
