I no longer live nearby but pass this location daily or will even drive the 7 miles to frequent this location. I can admit there have been changes some not so good but some great and I must say the good out weighs the bad. The store is clean mostly stocked (of course they're out of some items all stores are) mainly because consumers order online. The produce department, meat department, womens clothing department (yes I buy most of my work dresses at Walmart) and garden center are AMAZING but let's take time to appreciate the bakery. I only order my cakes from this bakery and have never ever been disappointed. The bakery staff is amazingly talented and always understands the assignment. No retail store is perfect but I do recommend this STORE location over several nearby locations. read more

Have called almost a dozen times and cannot get a person to answer the phone as I am trying to find out if they have Primo water bottles available. Called the pharmacy and vision center (only places that would pick up) to be transferred to a manager. No one picked up and after numerous rings was automatically disconnected from the line. Christopher in Electronics refused to unlock a case to allow me to buy something in self checkout as he also refused to check me out in electronics and said he couldn't allow me to walk away with the product. This was after Walmart cancelled delivery on this item twice in a row and did not refund my account until 4 or 5 days later. read more

The line was down in the food area. Only 2 self serve lanes were open, no lights in half the parking lot and not good customer service. I won't recommend this Walmart. I wanted to purchase this product that was in the clearance aisle. It rang up regular price but was marked with the unit price. They wouldn't sale multiple units for $3.75 only $14.98 for 1. This Walmart is a decent location. Like any other place, it's not the best and can improve a lot, but it's reliable for anything you need. It's a Walmart, so don't expect any 4 or 5 star grocery stores like some other places. Customer service here is meh. Can definitely improve. Need to hire more cashiers because lines can get super long at times. It's in a safer location though, so I'll give it that. If you need to pick something up quickly though, this place won't disappoint you. read more

Been coming to this Walmart location for as long as I can remember. Hmart is across the street so after getting my asian goods I cross the street to pick up American goods from this Walmart. This location is decent in size, no gas station. If you're coming to get your watch fixed they only fix watches purchased from Walmart. Late at night only the entrance near the produce is open so be sure to park near that entrance so you don't have to walk a long ways to get to you car late at night. There's a new Burger King located inside as well as a hair cutting salon. read more

Im standing in line for about 20 minutes and the cashier decides to tell me after when Im next in line that the line is closed when she didnt turn off the light station (which indicates closed). I was the last person, she saw me the whole time and should've took me in. If she had notified her station was closed I wouldve gladly left but, no the light was on & I waited. Cups we're supposedly in the wrong area even though there two packages of them. Let them know in checkout and they send someone to go look she comes back and said they were in the wrong area and I let her know that there were two of them in the same spot, she said there wasn't when she went back. So after checking out I go to look and she lied and just put them back. It's not the fact that they were in the wrong spot or wrong price, but wow an old lady is just going to straight up lie over something so simple. Pathetic read more

Quick...when was the last time a Wal-Mart employee was pleasant?? Right, it was 1994 when they still wore smocks and dress clothes! I was headed to H Mart and needed to run into Target for a few things. I drive into the parking lot and...poof, it was gone! What?! Yes, they were bulldozing the beloved Target. Craziness! So, since Wal-Mart was nearby, off I went. I usually have to psych myself up to shop in their stores. Super rude employees, the lowest of the low population shopping while riding their motorized wheelchairs. Ugh This Wal-Mart was such a nice surprise. Fresh produce, clean store and well maintained. Could this really be a Wal-Mart?? Where am I? Yep, I saw the low prices and knew it was true. Employees actually smiled. What, did I have a boog hanging out my nose and they were trying not to laugh? No, that couldn't be the case cause Wal-Mart employees are usually rude and would laugh out loud. Wait...are they enjoying their jobs? The check-out line was smooth and easy. The employee, get this, actually talked with me!! Yes, they do still hire real people! The clerk was friendly and personable. She even double=bagged my heavier items without being asked. I avoid Walmart like a vegan avoids meat but I had to pick up a relatives prescription. I was able to find parking quick and head inside to the pharmacy. The prescription had been called in and my wife called to verify it was ready. I spoke to the first person at the counter and she was not able to find it. She was polite and that's why they get one star. She asked me to see the drop off window. I walk over and wait to be called over. There was no one in line and she didn't seem to be busy. I waited a few minutes until she realizes I was there and asks what do I want. I explain to her the situation and she starts typing up. After some time she asks rudely how to spell the name. I say the name and spell it out for her and she proceeds being rude. They finally were able to find the prescription after a long wait and had it under the wrong name. It took about 40 minutes of waiting to finally get the prescription. Something that should have been a in and out errand. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I came in to get a few things, including a fish net. And I walk down the aquatic animal aisle and to my surprise and dismay was a slew of beta fish in tiny containers, AND FILTHY WATER. I understand they're not top priority, but like this kind of neglect is sad. And it's surprising they were like this because the purpose is to sell them, but no one will want to buy them like this. They're barely moving and you can barely see them through all the murky water and feces in those containers. They are still living things! Picked up groceries and 20% were out of stock. I complained and the Walmart employee suggested that I go to Kroger's. I did so and on a $105.00 order it was 100% filled with no substitutes. Yes, Kroger is a little more expensive but in my opinion worth it. read more

I visited Walmart yesterday just doing some general shopping. As I was approaching the baby aisle i heard a man talking to his Hispanic employees. You all need to " rapido" like 1,2,3,4,5. 35 pallets need to be done in 35 mins. He was talking to them as if they were done. Not only was it so upsetting ... it was disgusting . He was yelling at how things looked and I couldn't take it anymore. He told a lady walk with me . I asked the worker he left behind was she okay and she said no and felt embarrassed. I walked around the corner and heard him going off on the Vietnamese lady in apparel and you could honestly see how upset she was as well. The way he talked to them like they were worthless and especially trying to mimic their language. His name was Charles and I know for a fact that's not how you run a store. I was really disgusted. I work in corporate and honestly every time I come to that Walmart those same ladies great me with a smile and their areas look nice and zoned. You're honestly pathetic and so disrespectful for talking to your employees like that's all they are to you. Being customer centric starts by grooming your internal customers first in a professional way. You are disrespectful and should honestly be put down the way you did those ladies yesterday. read more

Worst customer service experience! I was there waiting because they only have one person in custoner service. It wasn't so bad, it was just the attitude of the clerck. She was complaining that she was the only one in there. Then she was very racist to this hispanic guy who just wanted to send money. She ask her for her social security card and everything. Employees couldn't care less if you need help, store is dirty beyond belief, and shelves are in disarray. LESS THAN ONE STAR! THIS WALMART DOES NOT HONOR ITS OWN PRICE TAGS!!!!! This Walmart is $2-$3 more expensive than most and not kept any where near as clean. Dull and dusty! I found a display coffeemaker on display with a price tag under it with matching product number for 1cent. When I went to ring it up the associate said she had to call manager cause was a display. I showed manager the display item and price tag. She, Dora told me I couldn't buy the coffeemaker because it was a display. But the price tag said DISPLAY 12cup COFFEEMAKER 1CENT. I had to call back up there after I left because the customer service manager Dora refused to get me the store manager. Then the Store Manager Charles goes on to tell me that every new item that has display in Walmart has a price tag on it...LIE! I've been here before, mostly for company training, like the immunization course they had in the summer of 2014. This time I came for CPR certification renewal through the American Red Cross. As long as you get there in a timely manner, it's easier to know where to go (which room), since I can get lost once inside. They have plenty of restroom facilities with multiple stalls, & they are very well-maintained, thinking of so many little conveniences along the way. (Also water fountains.) They also have a break room with some drink & snack machines, some of which take credit/debit cards (updated for the 21st century). I wouldn't mind coming back here for further (continuing) education & training needs in the future. read more
