This was my first time in any Natural Grocers store and it very much reminded me of a smaller and quieter Whole Foods. You are able to walk up and down each aisle without bumping into anything or anyone. It was a super relaxing shopping experience. The selection is awesome for a super small store, but the prices hurt as to buy all your groceries here would clear out your wallet. I do love that they do not use any bags for groceries and just recyclable boxes. They encourage you to bring your own bags as well. The check out experience was super simple and smooth as well. When one of my coupons would not scan the cashier simply called a coworker and fixed it. She was so pleasant about it all the way through. I would love to come here regularly to shop as the selection is great and the service is so positive. However, my budget could not handle it. Dear Store Manager,…read more I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your store. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet my expectations, and I feel that the situation should be addressed. The incident occurred on 09/30/26 at 12:32 p.m. at Store #126 and involved an employee named Sandra. Not once did she smile or acknowledge me or the lady in front of me. When I was checking out and using my debit card, the system asked me to enter numbers. I assumed it was asking for my phone number. Instead of assisting me, Sandra just looked at me confused. She waited until I figured out what the system was asking for and then told the customer behind me, "Sorry, she doesn't know what she is doing." I told her, "I am still here. I didn't know about your new system, and why are you talking to this guy about me?" I was very disappointed by the way the situation was handled. I felt that her comments were disrespectful and inappropriate, especially since she was discussing me with another customer while I was still standing there. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect and to receive a reasonable level of customer service. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and investigate what happened. I would appreciate a response explaining how this matter will be addressed and, if appropriate, what can be done to resolve the situation. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Fran

I went to Wal-Mart neighborhood store yesterday for sustenance for myself and my family and fuel for the mobile transport unit. Wal-Mart is genius at this. Okay, so those are the outcomes of my foraging the wilds of Wallyworld for Pillsbury croissants, Black forrest ham, sharp cheddar cheese. See how purty they came out? It looks like a bakery did it. Nope. Ya boi got skills. Yes, they came out of a can. You just have to apply some patience in letting them get to room temp once opened, a loose rolling up, egg wash, and boom! Puffy, goldeny, purty rolls. Anyway. It all started by Wal-Mart having everything I was looking for to put it together. I do not get the low rating of this location.
