We contacted a number of companies for quotes--all of which were obscenely overpriced. Not to mention some of the people we talked to at these companies were just down right arrogant and rude. Thank goodness my boyfriend found Elliott. Despite how busy they were, Eric came out right away and was able to give us an extremely affordable quote (a relief for us new home owners). But most importantly, you can tell he is a good, honest person. He was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. We were originally planning to replace just part of the fence this month but had another urgent repair come up, so we will be using Eric and his team to replace our entire fence this Spring. I will provide an update once our fence is finished. But I wanted others to know about the positive experience we've had with Elliott Fence so far, especially after our negative experience with 5 out of the 6 other companies we received quotes from. If you're looking for honesty, integrity, EXCELLENT customer service, quality and affordability, look no further than Elliot Fence.

We called a few companies but weren't completely happy with most of them; either the prices were too high or the salesmen saw us as dollar signs. Luckily, we ended up discovering Elliott Fence and we couldn't be happier with the results. The owner of the company, Eric, personally came to our property and provided a thorough explanation of the types of fences he provides, answered all of our questions, and gave his honest opinion on which type of fence would be best for us. We ended up going with a standard side by side fence with trim and staining, but my girlfriend and I couldn't be happier with the results! The new fence is not only beautiful, but provided some much-needed serenity and security for both us and our dogs. A few days after installing the new fence, we were inundated by a heavy storm that caused some minor issues with the new gate. Eric promptly had his team make some necessary adjustments to the gate and it's working better than ever! Thanks again Eric and team! We'll be recommending Elliott Fence to everyone we know, and we hope to do business with them again!

It started right, they rushed out for some sprinkler work and I asked about replacing my 18yr old fence. I got an estimate a little higher than the next closest so seemed inline, plus the quote had a little more detail. This was all preCOVID. After my deposit, they cancelled. starting multiple times, were consistently late and new excuses each time. We were 6 mo. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.

I've been trying to get two gate boards that are warped fixed since summer of 2025. They finally sent a technician a few months ago in 2026 spending 10 minutes and blaming it on "excessive rain" during a drought and leaving before fixing anything. I paid a premium for quality and service and received neither. Save your money and go elsewhere! BUYER BEWARE

Alan and Eric arrived on time and did a great job of power washing the fence. We had to wait a few days due to rain before the fence could be stained. Agustin (I believe) came by to stain the fence. He was very friendly, thorough, and did a professional job. I received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. The fence looks new, and I'm looking forward to preserving the fence as long as possible and following Lifetime's recommended maintenance schedule. This company is a pleasure to work with, their quality of work is top notch, and they make me feel like a valued customer. Update: 4/29/2021: I found that the best way to get service after the sale, is to contact the office directly. Jimmy, the owner, is extremely responsive and shows a genuine concern for his customers. He stands behind his product, whether it be a defect in materials or workmanship. 3/3/21: I wanted to replace my 6 foot, side by side wooden fence with an 8 foot board on board fence. One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim. I really like my new fence, and am looking forward to enjoying my backyard for many years to come. I feel that I achieved my objectives with this fence. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with Lifetime Fence! Thank you! * The 2021 reviews were under an old profile which is no in use. I wanted to merge it with the updated 2024 review to reflect continuity with the same company under my current profile.

The day that Alec and Brendon walked the job site, there was nothing more to consider as they had a quote in my hand before even leaving when others took a week plus even to get an estimate!   Fence Fanatics delivered the job with quality craftsmanship, integrity, and upfront honesty about each aspect of the job since our fence had some levels of complexity, given that we added a full concrete retaining wall versus a wood retaining wall. Each day, either Nick, Alec, or Brendon was on-site to oversee the job and send a communication through text, email, and phone calls. If we had a question, our email or text was answered in less than 2-4 hours, if not within 20 minutes in most cases. Hands Down, if you are considering replacing your fence or even staining your fence, most definitely give and consider an estimate from Fence Fanatics! If you review their website compared to other fence companies, you will be surprised by their competitive pricing and knowledge; their website has so much essential information about explaining shrinkage and the different types of wood and the Whys! Excellent Job, Fence Fanatics and Team!

Communication was excellent from sending me a detailed estimate with various options to the end result. Jeff was accessible and responsive to answer all my questions whether texting or calling. I had a few concerns after my fence installation, we agreed on a resolution, and he immediately went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of his fences and is a true professional! I wish all contractors were as ethical as Jeff is. Because of storm damage on my old fence, I needed a new fence installed as soon as possible. Jeff worked me into his very busy schedule within a week or so. I had an 8-foot, board-on-board fence installed with a top cap and covered metal poles. Jeff gets the permit required by the city, calls for the utilities to be marked, and doesn't ask for payment up front, so you don't feel like you will be taken advantage of. He employs his own installers, resulting in a high-quality fence. The installers worked hard and were respectful of my property. The workmanship is superb and beautiful. Affordable Fence Company is competitively priced but what sets Jeff apart besides his customer service is his fence and gate warranty. I highly recommend using Affordable Fence Company and have already referred them to several.

The number requested for payment was never mentioned prior to the particular work done. Plain and simple...however, we paid it. Because we are people that pay for work that was done, despite not knowing what the final payment out would be...and the prior already done was done well. 2) Yes, we mentioned that the whole house needed more work in general and thay we would deal with a mess or debris, but general logic, seeing that our son's nursery was already painted and finished and he was already using the room...one would think that it would be the right thing to do to clean up in that room. But I will take responsibility for this miscommunication because I made assumptions. 3) It's one thing to offer to do something...and it's another to actually fulfill and execute on an offer. Robert offered to fix the sheetrock but we were NEVER able to get him or his sheetrock out to fix it. It's after multiple weeks of trying to get him out that we finally decided that he was leaving us high and dry and paid someone else to do the fix. Multiple (3+weeks). The fix would have been a redo of misdone work originally and he was already paid in full...so I understand there is no urgency or incentive to come back out to do work on work that just needs to be redone. It's easy to respond 2+ yrs later to my original review to say that you OFFERED to come out, but we waited and waited, longer than the acceptable amount of time.
