We did business with this company which we found on Google. We made a request for them to come see our need. Everything is online, but the staff that was in charge of my project was very professional. We had to wait a while for the installation because everything was packed. The day of the installation they came at the agreed time and did everything that was planned. At the end of the project there were several things that did not go well and I immediately contacted the person in charge of my project. She was very professional and she listened to all our concerns about how what we wanted had turned out. They scheduled assistance for the regional manager, he came and saw what we wanted to fix so we were satisfied. A week later, they came and the new team did a very good job and we were satisfied with our gate and fence. From the first contact with Lhacya Bowe, Ergeon sales rep, and Luis Juarez, Ergeon project manager, through working with Cecilio Rubio and his crew, we were very pleased with the experience, the customer service and attention to detail, and the final results. The quote process was managed with online tools that incorporated Google Earth for property and measurement accuracy. This was verified by an in-person visit by the fence builder, Cecilio Rubio. Based on competitive quotes and customer experiences, Ergeon was competitively priced and excellent in customer service. We added to the project while still in the quote stage and this was accomplished without delay. The project began on time as scheduled and the workmanship was excellent. My only suggestion would be to provide the customer with stain samples on actual pieces of the selected wood. I was uncomfortable making a selection based on a picture as I felt the color could not be accurately represented. But even this was handled quickly and professionally. My wife wanted to extend our patio to accommodate a small outdoor table and two chairs. Our patio was very small and was basically a step from my sliding door to the backyard. Ergeon provide us we numerous samples, textures, and colors for the new concrete extension. The final product exceeded our expectations since we were expecting an extension of a typical grey concrete slab. Along with this project we also wanted Ergeon to replace the favors at the bottom of our swimming pool stairs connecting to our driveway. Not only did Ergeon replace the square tiles but also gave us a multitude of options at a very reasonable low price. From the very beginning our project Manager, Celeste Reggi kept us informed on the progress of our project but followed up with us on making sure the color and texture we picked would not only look great but also what the color would look like after several years of being exposed to the sun. I was contacted by David Howard with Ergeon to provide a quote for an 8 ft fence with motorized driveway gate. We did a survey of the video walk of the area discussed our needs and let David work up an estimate. Admittedly I didn't have an idea what the fence would cost so asked for revisions to reduce the cost. Recieved a quote for a 6 ft fence a less complex driveway gate but ended up going with a smaller company that quoted close to the same price thinking we would get the same results. Not the case. Ergeon David's quotes were detailed letting me know what was included. The company we went with didn't provide a detailed quote and we have been fighting for what we believed would be included. I regret not going with Ergeon as our fence builder since pricing was comparable and the quote presentation was detailed and professional. Ergeon has been so helpful with our fence project. After having several quotes that were way over priced I found Ergeon online and from the first conversation with Katherine it was such a relief. She was able to walk me through the process and help me to feel comfortable about what exactly would work best for my home without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. So I wanted to get quotes for my new home in Rockwall and I came across this company. I was a little hesitant as the reviews are not the best. However, I decided to give them a chance. I requested a quote for a 6' height fence to match what the HOA community has stipulated. They were quick to respond and easy to work with. We did what they call a video assessment and they provided a quote. I found the price to be really good and I was ready to move forward. We were not able to do so as we found out that the HOA required that we work with the contractor that they have and no matter how much we wanted they would not approve the project unless we use them. I made the mistake of not going with Ergeon , especially when I first spoke to Oscar in early March 2022. The other company I picked offered me 1/4 less in the price), trust me when I say, cheaper is not always better! The work done by this other company was so unprofessional and the craftsmanship was very shabby, cracked panels, uneven wood panels, lock is difficult to close... I have literally cried very time I see the terrible workmanship, and it's only a 14' gate! However, I have spoken to Oscar from Ergeon, and Ergeon will attempt to fix the mistakes. My fence has been raggedy for years and I received outlandish quotes from at least half a dozen contractors. What made me choose Ergeon was the transparency, professionalism, and fair price point. I was able to get my quote online and speak to someone virtually without having someone come out which was nice. They were able to schedule me pretty quickly after I agreed and they were super patient and made sure I had everything I wanted with the budget I set out. First time I have used a fence company to replace my fence, but due to working a lot, I chose to have someone else do it. After no help from my neighbor, I was already in a bad place with the fence. BUT, Ergeon put me in a very good place. Had 8 panels replaced. The ease of scheduling and the way the employees made me feel like my job was the most important, was phenomenal. I have never had a professional fence built and obtained Ergeon and other fence builders from Angi. They did a fine job from the initial inspection to the finished product. Their pricing was considerably lower than the other quotes I received for essentially the same product. Installation took a total of three days including much vegetation removal and tear down of the existing fence. The completed fence looks very professional and I'm very pleased with it. Ergeon personnel worked hard to make sure cleanup afterward was done properly. I may have additional fencing needs and when I decide to act on them Ergeon will be my choice. read more
