I originally planned to use a separate company for the insurance side and hire my own contractor,…read moresince restoration companies can be notorious for subpar work. After tons of research and 10 interviews, Coast to Coast was the obvious choice. Their in-house insurance specialist/project manager setup is a well-oiled machine. Casey blew me away with his experience and professionalism and handled insurance flawlessly. Bolo was an excellent PM, with quick communication throughout the project. I'm very particular about quality, and whenever I raised a concern, it was addressed quickly and properly. Minimal surprises, flexible throughout, and genuinely easy to work with. I'd absolutely use Coast to Coast again for their insurance expertise, reputation, and service.

Casey gave me a rundown of what needed to be completed and even caught some things others didn't which was absolutely crucial. He also handled my insurance company so I could get enough coverage for the work that needed to be done. The insurance was very resistant, but they finally caved thanks to Casey. David was the absolute best in overseeing my bathroom restoration. He communicates in a timely manner and is very thorough with his work. I was told I would need my vanity replaced but I wanted to keep the old vanity top. David went out of his way to find the exact dimensions so that there would be no fuss. There was trouble when I ordered the vanity from home depot, but David was able to find the exact same vanity for a similar price and really came through for us. He is also a very friendly and personable individual. I highly recommend working with David. Overall everyone in Coast to Coast Restoration was excellent to work with and though I hope nothing like this ever happens again, I will only be calling them if anything ever happens in the future.

When there was a misunderstanding of how I wanted the ductwork designed, he happily redid the entire system without hesitation and ensured every concern was addressed until I was fully satisfied. That's rare and speaks volumes about their customer focus. As someone who digs deep into technical specs and details, I can confidently say Sol Home does quality work and stands behind it. When we started, we only knew what we didn't like about our current kitchen. Like any major…read moreproject, we started by reaching out to a couple of vendors to get quotes, that's where we met Alon, the project manager for Lumina Builders. What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. He was very patient with us. We LOVE how everything turned out! We'll definitely be using Lumina Builders for all of our future projects.

Of the many options they had the best ideas and the qualified workmen. Mike Garst considered the project from every angle, brought in members of his team on 3 occasions to suggest approaches. When they opened the dry wall we found the supports were rotted & had to be replaced. They built a roof support, replaced damaged wood, added cement inside the walls higher than outside level to prevent leaks, then filled a beautiful solid cement floor and repaired the drywall.
