Literally pulled out range, capped it, pushed it back. It took less than 10 minutes. It was initially higher but I got a "previous" customer discount of $50. I had to get it capped for an appliance change & before it was delivered. Now that other places are responding (after the work is complete and paid for - I paid $150 - $200 more than I should have). They have it listed as base cost for repair. It wasn't a repair. Ouch! If I weren't in a hurry to provide better indoor quality air to my mom by switching out the range- I would have waited to have more quotes. I definitely would have picked someone else so money was more directed to taking care of my terminally ill mom. Lesson learned.

He assessed the problem, reamed out the line and ended up having to replace a wax ring on the toilet all in a matter of maybe 90 minutes. Lots of annual grass that didn't come back after the winter. I have patches of thick blades grass patches of thin grass, spots that have browned that you can clearly see was a roll of grass. They were nice enough to provide me grass with an invasive grass (Poa). Weeds that I'm still pulling out and every roll came with no less than 10 grubs each. Their resolution was for me to buy weed be gone and grub killer and apply it myself. I did and in the front yard alone I applied two rounds of grub killer and a large container of spray weed be gone. I've also spent $100 on pre and post emergent to try to remove Poa grass that is through out my entire front yard. I mowed today and found another patch of Poa so I'll be reapplying more post emergent. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from frustrations and don't buy from them. Once it's down, their customer service stops and it becomes your problem.

They failed to provide any confirmation or follow-up with me and even took the liberty of changing their appointment times without consulting me, claiming it was not their responsibility to inform. I called this company on May 22nd at 2 p.m. to confirm my appointment, as American Home Service was showing me a different time window for the scheduled service. However, obviously, 2 p.m. must be considered "night time" to these guys. I strongly advise against recommending this company to anyone. In my opinion, they are quite possibly the worst plumbing company I have ever encountered. The guy with whom I spoke on the phone was extremely rude, verbally aggressive, and inappropriate. Once I told him that I would like to do my business with them, he said, "Yeah, you would not have been satisfied by us anyway." He never offered to reschedule, and there was no apology. He's just insanely rude. Also, they falsely accused us of not being at home, which was not the case. They had my phone number, and they definitely should have called me. However, no phone call was made to me about this scheduled appointment. You guys did NOT ring the doorbell for 20 minutes. What a joke. You left the house 5 minutes after your arrival, and it was recorded by my security camera. You need to stop making a false statement and be honest for God's sake. Instead of making excuses over and over again, it would have been more appropriate for this guy to offer me a sincere apology. If this job does not work out for you, you may want to consider closing down your business or finding something else. You should be ashamed of yourself and need to work on your attitude.
