Their BBQ, for example, is so good they could win top BBQ contests. I'm not sure I've ever had better pulled pork. Tom and Lin are BY FAR the greatest caterers in the valley! We hired them to cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, 11/8/19 and 11/9/19. First, the rehearsal dinner menu was Mexican food, chicken enchiladas, "dirty rice" and chicken fajitas. In a word, DEEELICIOUS! For the wedding reception, we went with a heavy horderves menu including their TLC Signature Boards complete with artisan cheeses, humus, sausages, fruit and chips. This was complimented by Tom's famous Prime Rib Mini Burgers and Mini Chipotle Chicken Sandwiches. Their staff is attentive, polite and very pleasant, they moved through our crowd practically unnoticed. Tom and Lin are wonderful people and we plan to use them as often as possible. Earlier this month I attended a lunch seminar at the Burton Barr Library in Phoenix. There was a full catering spread when I arrived and it smelled wonderful. This was a full holiday feast complete with turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans and stuffing. I must say it was probably the best stuffing I have ever eaten in my life. Tom and Lin Catering catered my professional association holiday luncheon at the beginning of December at Burton Barr Library in the Pullman Auditorium. It was amazing! Everything was delicious and perfect from the turkey to the stuffing to the mashed potatoes to the bread with special herb butter and dessert. My favorite was the butterscotch blondies and I'm a chocolate freak! The price was reasonable and the service and setting was perfect. Lin even left leftover containers! What a great touch so nothing went to waste! I would highly recommend TLC for any catering event. Earlier this year Tom and Lin catered my sisters rehearsal dinner and her wedding cake / cupcakes! It was amazing!!! The rehearsal dinner had a flash cook pasta bar where everyone could select their own dishes for the cooks to prepare. One of the better rehearsal setups I've seen and I highly recommend it. I wish the wedding itself had offered this :) Their pricing is more than reasonable considering the quality of ingredients (which you can negotiate when determining the menu style). I highly recommend their smoked kalamata olives if you have them do horderves. Random but trust me - so good! Can't say enough about these two.
