Tom and Lin cater many of my employer's events, and they are fabulous from the quality of the food to the helpfulness of the service. Their BBQ, for example, is so good they could win top BBQ contests. I'm not sure I've ever had better pulled pork. But they will create whatever menu you are looking for, and you're guests will be shocked at how good the food is. Don't bother shopping around for other caterers. Just go with Tom and Lin, and I'm sure you'll be happy you did! read more

I hired Tom and Lin catering for a private dinner to celebrate my wife and I's 5th wedding anniversary. With COVID keeping us grounded from travel and restaurants a bit cumbersome at this time, we audibled to a celebration at home. Tom and Lin knocked it out of the park and the evening was incredible. Tom and Lin are BY FAR the greatest caterers in the valley! We hired them to cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, 11/8/19 and 11/9/19. First, the rehearsal dinner menu was Mexican food, chicken enchiladas, "dirty rice" and chicken fajitas. In a word, DEEELICIOUS! For the wedding reception, we went with a heavy horderves menu including their TLC Signature Boards complete with artisan cheeses, humus, sausages, fruit and chips. This was complimented by Tom's famous Prime Rib Mini Burgers and Mini Chipotle Chicken Sandwiches. Their staff is attentive, polite and very pleasant, they moved through our crowd practically unnoticed. Tom and Lin are wonderful people and we plan to use them as often as possible. Thank You TLC! read more

Tom and Lin are the best wedding catering company in the Phoenix area. Not only is there food to die for, but they are genuine kind people who want to make your event run smoothly. They can do a variety of different foods. They don't specialize in just one type. They are incredibly versatile. I dealt with a ton of different catering companies before I found Tom and Lin. Before I found Tom and Lin I was dealing with companies that didn't really care about me, they just wanted their money. Lin was at our wedding reception serving us and making sure we were taking care of during all the hustle and bustle. The food turned out even better than we expected. They are fabulous at dealing with dietary restrictions and allergies as well! Pick them for all your catering needs! read more

Earlier this month I attended a lunch seminar at the Burton Barr Library in Phoenix. There was a full catering spread when I arrived and it smelled wonderful. This was a full holiday feast complete with turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans and stuffing. I must say it was probably the best stuffing I have ever eaten in my life. I am over here dreaming about that meal. I'm so glad Tom and Lin had their card on the table. I highly recommend them based on their food alone. I can't wait for an opportunity to use their services for myself! read more

Earlier this year Tom and Lin catered my sisters rehearsal dinner and her wedding cake / cupcakes! It was amazing!!! The rehearsal dinner had a flash cook pasta bar where everyone could select their own dishes for the cooks to prepare. One of the better rehearsal setups I've seen and I highly recommend it. I wish the wedding itself had offered this :) Their pricing is more than reasonable considering the quality of ingredients (which you can negotiate when determining the menu style). I highly recommend their smoked kalamata olives if you have them do horderves. Random but trust me - so good! Can't say enough about these two. The menus Chef Tom creates are amazing and the service and support Lin provides not to mention her deserts are as good as you can get. Great local AZ biz to support! read more

Beyond their services, they are the best to work with. Clear and quick communication, they make my job easy, and I never have to worry because I know they will do a wonderful job. I definitely plan to use them for future events. read more

Tom and Lin Catering catered my professional association holiday luncheon at the beginning of December at Burton Barr Library in the Pullman Auditorium. It was amazing! Everything was delicious and perfect from the turkey to the stuffing to the mashed potatoes to the bread with special herb butter and dessert. My favorite was the butterscotch blondies and I'm a chocolate freak! The price was reasonable and the service and setting was perfect. Lin even left leftover containers! We recently had the pleasure of hiring TLC catering for our son's rehearsal dinner. They also were the caterers for the wedding reception the following day. Guests just raved about the food from both events. TLC Catering was easy to work with, the on site staff was very professional and did everything we asked them to. During the planning stages Lin and Tom were very helpful, they worked with me to come up with just the right menu. They were quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Since much of my planning was from long distance I appreciated the good communication. I was very happy with the final menu choices and Lin's help in some last minute adjustments. I can't reccomend them enough. I would hire them again without hesitation! Thanks so much for your part in making both events wonderful read more

Tom and Lin catered a backyard event for us for 200 people. The food was fantastic -- made fresh on the spot -- not the usual fare. Sauces and dips and tacos that were delicious. I worked with Tom and Lin on my New Year's Eve wedding and they were fantastic! Top notch food, displays and service. Lin was easy to work with, brought creative ideas to the table and was proactive in troubleshooting potential issues. Even though it was a buffet setup, they brought my husband and I beautifully prepared plates to make sure we had a chance to eat. I've received several great compliments regarding how delicious the food was, which can be tricky at weddings, especially without a kitchen available. I look forward to tasting the TLC and working with Tom and Lin again soon! read more
